Preparation and ingredients:
1 kg minced meat.
Grate 2 medium-sized potatoes.
Squeeze the juice from the potatoes and add to the minced meat.
Grate 2 onions.
Grate 2 carrots.
1 pepper.
do you like peppers
chop parsley
2 eggs.
salt, black pepper, paprika.
Cut 3 onions.
Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Create the shapes as shown in the video.
Make patterns with a sushi stick.
1/2 Chinese cabbage.
And now let's prepare a delicious summer salad.
1 yellow tomato.
1 cucumber.
4-5 cherry tomatoes.

Kleine Idee am Rande: Die einzelnen Schritte könnten etwas kürzer gehalten werden, das wirkt sonst sehr einschläfernd. Das Rezept klingt aber lecker und wird mal ausprobiert.

Followed exactly the recipe. It was moist and good but…. However one needs to add more flavor- more paprika, meat spice. For the onions, I would soak in soy sauce and grated garlic for 30 minutes. Then I would cook the onion sauce with onions from the meat and then blend and use that sauce for the kebabs.

Awesome recipe!!! Two critiques: - That avocado was FAR from being ripe for eating!!! - NO, NEIN, NIET!! You can't just let all that goodness in the baking tray. Those baked onions are infused with the cooking juices of your main dish, they got to be awesome as a side serving!!!!
