Preparation and ingredients:
350g ground beef, 1 egg, 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, 30g Parmesan, 2 cloves of garlic.
chop parsley
Add salt and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
Cut 90 g of mozzarella.
Place the minced meat on baking paper, cover with another sheet of baking paper and spread evenly with a rolling pin.
Use the shape to create the circles as shown in the video.
Place the cut out shapes on the board.
Spread with ketchup and put pieces of mozzarella in the middle.

Bend the shape and fasten the edges.
Fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Fry 2 cloves of garlic in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Add 200 ml of tomato sauce and pour into moulds.
Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes, adding 70 ml of water if necessary.
Finally, add a few pieces of mozzarella to taste.
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water, salt.
Cook over low heat until the water has completely evaporated.
Chop the dill.
Put the envelopes on a plate and add rice, pour the sauce and sprinkle with dill.

Es muy parecido a un plato tradicional q tenemos en mi país. Solo q nosotros en vez d darle esa forma hacemos bolitas con la carne, después el procedimiento es el mismo y también las acompañamos con arroz. Aquiles llamamos Albóndigas con salsa. Hello. This is a really neat idea. I'm not a good cook, but I need to start learning. I've been putting together a very small list of dishes that look delicious to me, easy to make, and use mostly the same ingredients (so I can keep my pantry small for now.) So I can focus on those dishes first and then expand my skills as time goes on. One of my ideas was a rolled and stuffed meatloaf. I watched a few videos and they looked delicious. But it feels a little intimidating with my lack of skills right now and a large investment in ingredients when I'm unsure of my skills. This dish of yours opens up a welcome alternative. I can use my planned ingredients for my future meatloafs and make these little "meat gyozas." This is way less intimidating and I feel confident that I can do this. This recipe will also allow me to fine tune my two planned meatloaf flavorings so that I feel I will have a firm idea of what works well. This really helps me. Thank you. I hope you have a great day.

This would make a great air fry recipe. A little tip ..after you roll out the meat mixture, place it in the refrigerator. It's easier to work with when it's cold.
