A quick and incredibly delicious recipe that will please everyone. My family loves my grandfather's recipes and we are happy to share them with you. Preparation and ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat.
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
2 cloves of garlic.
How are you friends
salt, 1 egg.
Create the shapes as shown in the video.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.

3 cloves of garlic.
Fry the garlic in vegetable oil for 1 minute.
Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add 100 g sun-dried tomatoes.
250 ml broth.
Pour 1 cube of meat stock into 250 ml of hot water.
It's cloudy here today and not hot.
Add 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
Salt, a mixture of Italian herbs.
1/3 part chili pepper.
5 potatoes.
1 carrot.
Add meatballs.
Add 50g olives and 20g capers.
Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Chop dill and parsley.
Mmmm - it's incredibly delicious!

Perfecto, le envió un detalle que hacia mamá (seguro que conoce) en lugar de incorporar pan rallado lo reemplazaba por miga de pan viejo (muy duro) que remojaba en leche, luego lo escurría con su mano cerrando el puño. Y antes de cocinar las rebozaba en harina; quedaban muy tiernitas. No me extiendo más. Muchas gracias desde Argentina.

Szeretem a receptjeidet. Én Magyarországról nézem a videokat. Idén Albániában nyaraltam.
Hackfleisch kann man in allerlei Variationen machen. Burger, Bolognese natürlich selbst gekocht ohne Maggi fix. Als Auflauf mit Nudeln, Kartoffeln etc .. auch zum Grillen ist Hackfleisch genial am Spieß als Chevapchichi. Ich liebe Hackfleisch und koche damit sehr gerne. Im Moment Versuche ich Hackfleisch und Wok .❤🎉😊

Carne molida .. 🧄.. miga de pan huevo crudo .. salpimentar hacer bolitas sofreír en una sartén 🍳.. voltear por ambos lados.. colocarlas en plato .. partir 🧅.. ajo 🧄.. sofreír revólver … añadir tomates 🍅 secos.. verter un caldo de gallina y agregar a la mezcla.. pasta de tomate harina salpimentar .. psrtir chile 🌶.. quitarle la semilla.. y añadir a la mezcla .. psrtir papa 🥔 pelada .. en julianas .. zanahoria 🥕 psrtir en julianas añadir a la mezcla junto con la papa
