Beef 600 gr.
Pork 600 gr.
Chicken fillet 300 gr.
Regular salt 15 gr.
Nitrite salt 15 gr.
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
Spice mix 4 g (ground allspice, ground black pepper, dry garlic).
Dried garlic 2 tsp.
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp.
Milk powder 2 tsp.
Cornstarch 1.5 tbsp. l
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Ice water 150 ml
Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes. at a temperature of 80°C.
Salad:
Eggs 2 pcs. Feta 100 gr.
Tomatoes 1 piece
Cucumbers 1 pc.
Microgreens to taste.
olive oil 2 tsp,
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.,
French mustard 1 tsp,
brown sugar 1 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Pumpkin seeds.

Pork 700-800 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
Salt 1 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Egg 1 piece
Ground crackers 0.5 cups.
Potatoes 1kg.

Pork 500 gr.
Chicken fillet 500g.
Onion 1 pc.
Garlic 3 cloves.
Egg 1 pc.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Cabbage 700 gr.
Carrot 1 piece
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. .
Pepper 0.5 tsp.
Onion 1 pc.
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Sauerkraut 500 gr.
Water 300 ml.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Ketchup 2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. l. Eat 1 tbsp. l.

Ohh lady, they ALL look delicious and new for me. Thank you Thank you. Love and neat with mashed potatoes and meatballs. My wife passed away just over a year ago and with 2 children I got promoted to doing everything.We have many nights with takeout because my wifes recipes didn't work for me.
