I offer you a recipe for very unusual and at the same time very tasty and satisfying cutlets. And I will prepare these cutlets from minced meat with the addition of boiled potatoes. All that remains is to form the cutlets, dip them in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Cooking is much easier than it might seem at first glance. 3 potatoes.
300 g minced meat
1 onion
1 carrot
