I need my alone time and time to wind down and be solitary.. I I sleep well and feel refreshed when I wake up. Previously when I was living alone I was going to sleep later and I usually sleep well. I think it's important to adjust your sleeping arrangements if your lifestyle changes. I was happy to discover my dental routine is similar as well.. I also look about 20 years younger than my age. At least you're noticing. I have learned a LOT from Dr. Robert Lustig - there's a fantastic interview with Dhru Purohit that was shocking to me. I've also learned a lot from Dr. Pradip Jamnadas who has wonderful lectures and interviews here. The Bittersweet Truth was the first one I saw and it was very eye opening.

14 years ago, when I enrolled in college, I knew one thing: that I was interested in health and wellness. I enrolled in a nutrition minor, a psych minor, then eventually graduated and went to nursing school after trying physical therapy and failing. The thing is, your content is what I thought I was going to be learning about the whole time. I feel like Blueprint clears out all the fluff and cuts straight to the heart of what is needed. Thank you so much. We need an overhaul in health and wellness education and our awful sickcare system where I see the ravages of the 🤮SAD🤮 every day. We need a new perspective, one centered around the blueprint and human/AI alignment. You have become an incredible inspiration, and I’ll have you know I just cooked my first batch of black lentils ever. My supps are all lined up and my blueprint journey is just beginning.
