There is no such thing as a healthy addiction. Addiction by its very definition stems from an unhealthy mindset. Rigidity and depression are different sides of the same coin: a dysregulated mind.

This is beyond addiction the sad part is that instead of fixing just his body and appearance he should focus on his mind and soul and eventually he 2 will have 2 get old is Inevitable I do the same thing just not as crazy or obsessed I think my reason was because my heath was decling so I stared to read and eat better after 4 years of doing this I finally can say that I have got my health back and I'm grateful 🙏 4 God allowing me 2 obtain everything ot most of this methods except I'm not a billionaire and don't have my own personal doctor and lab at my own disposal I had to work and grind every day unlike this guy's routine is easy because no one else matter besides him so much that he's willing to take a younger person's blood that's the one thing I won't do is have some one else Blood and DNA in me talk about tryingb2 cheat death god bless you all even this man hope he realizes that is all done in vanity he's memories will be about him Idolizing him self learn to Give service to others try not to fall in love with this physical world is only temporary our soul is eternal it needs no pills or nothing just u and God

@@funkymonkey7202 He's spending so much time on his routine every single day that it adds up to a significant amount. I'm skeptical it will even translate to a longer lifespan, at least one of the most promising ways to increase lifespan is to just reduce caloric intake (to a reasonable amount) and that takes 0 extra time of your day to day life. If you substract his 4-5hr routine from 100 (if we assume someone starts at 20) then 16.6 years from that are just the routine : |. Living to the fullest and just moving to avoid getting stagnant at an old age is just a more general approach. He can do whatever he wants with his time and life, but I don't think we should take it as anything more than entertainment without any studies on a large scale backing any claims. He's also loaded with money so this is not a lifestyle the majority of people can ever reach.

This man is a billionaire. He's doing this for himself. There is nothing experimental about this that could then be extrapolated to how medicine approaches treatment for the general public because there is literally no standardization. This is just him shooting cannons at his body in hopes that some of them do something (which they do seem to be), but the thing is, there is no way to know exactly what is working and what isn't. Regardless, his daily routine might be doing something, yes, but at what cost? And I'm not even delving into the financial cost, I'm talking about the personal cost. Where is this guy's family? Does he not socialize with friends? Is elongating your life really worth it if it means you have to sacrifice everything that makes life worth living? By the way, do I need to remind you that he's a BILLIONAIRE? Empathy is very, VERY out of reach for this man. You don't become a billionaire by being empathetic, kind or caring about the World's state. If he were so empathetic, he would use his money to fight injustices and making an impact so that his life means something (but that would be extremely contradictory because, again, him becoming a billionaire is probably a result of exploitation somewhere down the line). I need y'all to be a little bit more critical about everything you see and read online, please. Being gullible is dangerous.

Thanks so much for sharing so transparently & with such grace n humility! So many people misunderstand & might get discouraged thinking oh what’s the point n that they can’t even get anywhere close to doing what u do as it’s unaffordable to most n while that is true for me as well, I have been able to take some very precious nuggets n incorporate them in my own life with dramatic positive results - example- going to bed at a consistent time, waking up at/before sunrise n getting some sunlight exposure, eating within a 6-7 hour window, eating mostly plant based whole foods, hydrating well - minimizing alcohol n other drink consumption, taking some supplements based on ones needs - getting regular blood work to track some key biomarkers - all these things n then some are either free or low cost measures that any average joe can implement in their own lives. So thank u so much for being a pioneer & keep up the great work n for sharing your knowledge so generously! Love u man!!! ❤️🙏🏽

This was one of the most relatable videos yet. I like the pauses you took to put what you're doing in context, I think it was very helpful and it made everything else in the video make more sense. I've been following your content for a few years now and usually it takes a few videos to get the whole mindset across, but I think you very concisely explained what you're doing and why you're doing it. What critics aren’t grasping is that he’s his own experiment and he’s trying to find what’s ideal for optimal health and wellness. That doesn’t mean that everyone else can or should do everything he does. For me personally, I’m changing my evening routine to get better sleep, eating more vegetables, drinking more water and adding meditation into my day to reduce stress. That’s about all I can manage to start off and that’s ok ☺️ he’s gonna be a maverick in this field because he’s doing everything, fine tuning and documenting it all
