Haha I completely agree, the chocolade frogs are way too pretty to eat. And the London studio tour is the BEST. This is so cool, im a harry potter fan. Have all movies and all that. You got so cool colection. I remember super clearly when i started playing the harry potter games. I was instantly addicted. And at school at the library my class mates whent for easy books. All i wanted was harry potter books :D

So jealous of all those sets. They are all gorgeous. I literally didn't even realize that there were a couple of those editions out there.

Scholastic 15th anniversary is the best .those covers made me buy the books..so underrated

I got the American box set for my birthday last year. They might be my favourite versions of the books. I'm scared of spiders so the scene with aragog is terrifying but it's a great scene because Ron's facial expressions are hilarious. Nice collection.

I took my wife and daughters to universal orlando in may 2018. I sewed a black sock inside each robe to hold the wands just right so they could pull them out and do spells it worked perfect. I hope all the fans get a chance to go there it was magical !

First two I bought on Bol.com, third one I got in bookshop Donner in Rotterdam! But you can all find them on Bol.com :)

Dankjewel!! Ik ben zo blij dat je mijn video's leuk vind! Online koop ik vooral op bol.com, bookdepository en de Duitse Amazon (hangt er net vanaf waar het boek het goedkoopst is). Qua boekwinkels kom ik graag bij Donner in Rotterdam, waar ze een grote Engelse selectie hebben. The American Book Center in Den Haag en Amsterdam is ook een hele fijne, en in Amsterdam zit ook een Waterstones die aardig groot is.

You should really get Harry Potter: Page to Screen somday. I was given it for my birthday a couple of years ago, and I'm so proud of having it in my collection. It really goes into detail of making the movies, is filled with concept art and other beautiful illustrations. Coolest fact I learned because of that book is how they recorded the Dementors movements. #FellowDutchieHerebtw!

They're my favorites!! Those editions have so many memories attached to them, I hate that they are technically my mother's but maybe I will just sneak them away when I ever move out hahahaha.

No, Dutch books almost never have dust jackets! It's a weird thing. But in this case I actually like the wear and tear because it represents so many good memories ❤️

I don't understand collecting books that are the same except for the cover art. I suppose you could make a case for the illustrated editions that are being released but you could easily look at the pictures online. Not worth how expensive they are, especially if you already own a collection. I'm content with the books I already got years ago.

Great collection! My original hardbacks are no more unfortunately, they all fell to pieces. :( What house are you in? I'm in Hufflepuff, but if I had to guess, I'd say you were Ravenclaw or Gryffindor.

The illustrated editions are gorgeous, but only the first three are currently published. I think I would go for a paperback box set!

My School have all four houses but with different names song with one additional house named as: Ruby House -Red, Emerald House - Green, Topaz House- Yellow, Sapphire House- Purple, Perl House- white. Pearl House members are on duty throughout the year.The rest of the houses will be on duty each month by rotation. Students of the house on duty will take the responsibility of conducting morning assemblies and other house activities under the guidance of the house warden.Inter house competitions will be held during the academic session. Mine was Ruby House aka Gryffindor. What was yours?

I love the covers of the children's editions more, but the adult editions are more comfortable for reading (but that's also because they're paperbacks and I've cracked all the spines really badly haha). So it depends on what your personal preference is!

I completely agree, you don't need any stuff to love Harry Potter. But I personally really enjoy reading all those extra books and having all that extra information, so that's just me highly recommending those items to other HP lovers out there! Everyone to its own :) Thank you!!
