Try reading Harry Potter and the cursed child it's good too😊

I finished goblet of fire yesterday, and my god, the ending was so dark and well written. Hit me right in the feels with all the emotion, pain and panic Harry felt, and how serious things got. After this book, everything goes downhill and gets completely dark. Absolutely great book, and a massive pivotal point in the series.

Here is my ranking: 7. The Chamber of Secrets 6. The Philosopher’s Stone 5. The Order of the Phoenix 4. The Half-Blood Prince 3. The Goblet of Fire 2. The Deathly Hallows 1. The Prisoner of Azkaban This would be the ranking if someone wanted my opinion but I still love all the Harry Potter books.

Why everyone gotta hate on ootp so much. It's my fav book and I think the political themes are great. Also, Harry has every right to be mad and the ending makes complete sense since anyone would freak out having vision of a loved one being tortured

I really love the order of the Phoenix! I got goosebumps when Harry looked in the pensive, and seen his 15 year old dad taking his owls in the great hall! Deep stuff

Nice Video! Goblet is also my favorite one. Love the mistery about who put Harrys Name in the goblet + the Twist at the end with Barty Crouch Jr. And ofc voldemorts Return is awesome.

Half Blood Prince and Prisoner of Azkaban are definitely my favorite book and movie and I could watch them over and over again and never get bored of them

Goblet of Fire has to be my favorite book as well, and I just love how most potterheads share that opinion. Being from Portugal, I've read every book in portuguese, but I recently ordered the entire series in English and I'm very excited to revisit the world of Harry Potter, this time without the fear that things might be lost in translation, and hopefully it'll be a very refreshing way to experience a series I've read and watched so many times! Your (great) video has really added to my hype! :)

Reading HP in the original language is an amazing experience! There are indeed some jokes that get lost in translation (at least with the Dutch versions) so it's nice to discover new things :) I hope you have an amazing reread!!

Interestingly, I feel the same about Chamber of Secrets despite it having such an integral plot in it for the later books!

Depending on the movies, I like the first two parts I don’t know why but I think because it is more simple as you said everything is easy, no difficulty and everyone is happy. Hiya! I love this video sm! These are my opinions for the books i’ve read so far: (Philosophers stone) i looove this book, even though not a lot happens, it’s a really great start to the series and meeting all of the characters for the first time. i think it’s good that not so much happens, because it’s still a great book and a great story. (chamber of secrets) i absolutely love this book as well, it still has a basic story and not so much happens but i think it’s got such a great ending in the book and overall it is a great book and very well written. (prisoner of azkaban) i LOVE this book! i looove lupin and sirius and they are in my top 5 characters, i literally could not love this book more! it’s such an amazing story and more happens than the previous books. i feel so great for harry that he met sirius and his relationship with lupin is amazing too :) (goblet of fire) a LOT happens in this book and the fri wizard tournament is soo interesting and i love how much is going on, i don’t love it as much as POA but i still think this book is a 10/10! i love itttt and i loved the ending because i know it’s going to change the whole series! (apart from cedric😔) {i’m on page 118 of order of the phoenix and so i don’t really have an opinion yet, but i absolutely love harry potter books! this series is the best series in the world!} my top 5 characters so far are... ron, draco, sirius, lupin, and snape :)

That was fantastic. I had no idea anyone had the same kind of rankings as myself. As an Ignorant American, I’m trying to place your accent. But I just refinished listening to all the books on audible with Jim Dale narrating. If you have not tried that out yet, I highly recommend it. It makes it all almost brand new again. Deathly hallows is my favourite because almost everything happens in this book, but Goblet of fire really deserves an honorable mention

My favourite is a tie between prisoner of azkaban and goblet of fire.Can't decide on the least favourite one ,I might have to read all of them again to decide that.Thanks for this video because even though it is completely irrelevant to this video but I just finished clockwork princess yesterday and I'm a complete mess.I loved it but that's all I have been able to think about so this harry potter video was a welcome distraction.Also September 1st 2017 :Can't believe it is today #19 years later.

ive never read harry potter and never had a interest to but yesterday i thought id see if I could find a cheap set on amazon and i found all 7 for £35 so i ordered them and they are coming in the next couple days, super excited!

Omg. That's such a lovely video😍😍😍😍 You just brought back my entire childhood. Harry potter is ultimate. I actually grew up with Harry Potter. So happy to see this video. And that's such a beautiful box set you have with you. I wish I had it. I own the original UK edition. (Only the last 2 in hardcover..the rest in paperback) My ranking of Harry Potter goes like this 7. Chamber of Secrets (Completely agree with your opinion on this book. I also felt that the 2nd year was so not so fun) 6. Half blood Prince (As you told this was a setting up for the final book..and lots and lots of information. All horcruxes and tales. Just awesome. But there were some parts which I felt was a bit slow. So I ranked it 6th) 5. Order of the phoenix (This also has a lot of information. A lot of things going on. And a complete new and horrifying experience in Hogwarts for Harry. And I totally agree withh you . Harry deserves explanation and he had every right to be like that. Oh. I just can't stop typing. St. mungos hospital.. Ministry... A lot of new places to explore in this one) 4. Philosopher's stone (I know that this book is too simple and too short and the main plot is not much relevant for the remaining books. But I ranked it 4th because of the sentimental feeling. This is the book which introduced us to the amazing magical world of Harry potter. Like a gateway to Hogwarts. This book is so close to my heart. When I read this one for the first time I never could've imagined what I was getting into..or how much J.K Rowling was going to influence me. Harry Potter became a part of my childhood and teens. I wish I could read the whole series again for the first time ) 3. Deathly Hallows: Just a masterpiece! What a fantastic wrap up of a series.!! Such a perfect ending. Every pieces fell into the correct place. Everything made sense. And "THE PRINCE'S TALE" chapter. Omg. I was crying my eyes out. That feeling. Still gets me goosebumps. One of the best chapters ever written. I absolutely adore this book. And I love every bit of it. Its 3rd on my list not because it has any flaws. It's just because I love the other 2 books more. ) 2. Prisoner of Azkaban (This book. Omg. What can I say. Completely blew me off. I think this is the book which I've read the most number of times in my entire life. I've read it around 30 times. May be more. Really. ! This s such an amazing book. Plot was awesome. And the final chapters. All those things which happen inside the shreiking shack. Brilliantly written! So much suspense..twists ..just fantastic!. Even though its short , it's my absolute favourite) 1. The Goblet of Fire (My most favourite book in this entire world. I have no words to express my love for this one. If I start saying what I love about this book, I can go on and on for years. The Triwizard Tournament and Voldemorts return.. the ultimate book! Love this one to core❤) This is the first time I'm commenting on a KZread video like this. With so much excitement.❤ Thank you so much for uploading this video. Really really loved it. You just made me memorize my love for Harry Potter. After all these years.. potterhead forever ❤ I know I ranked chamber of secrets last. But that's doesn't mean I don't like it. Chamber of Secrets was my favorite when I was a kid too, now I'm 18 and it's Half-Blood Prince for sure

Nice ranking, I also have Half-Blood Prince pretty low on my list, it didn't feel right to have so much focus on teen romance ~drama~ after all they had been through in Order of the Phoenix, it felt like a stepback tbh

I have finally gotten around to reading the series, I just put down the deathly hallows a few days ago and I don't know what to do with my life. I don't think I'll ever find another book series that will fascinate me as much as Harry Potter has. What should I do? :/

Great analysis! I'm re-reading the books for the fourth time right now, but the last time i read them was over 5 years ago when I was 14, so it really feels like I'm reading them for the first time again! I've noticed that my opinion on certain books has changed quite a bit. For example, i remember Goblet of Fire being one of my least favorite books back then, but now I love it almost as much as you do! My favorite Harry Potter book has always been, and always will be the Half-Blood Prince though! 😊

I've grown up watching the movies, but yet to read the books. I own Philosophers Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Half Blood Prince, Deathly Hallows and Cursed Child (I know, strange collection). I love and am good at reading reading, but I have never been able to finish a whole novel due to struggle with holding my attention on things. So reading few shorter stuff before I go into these, which I most certainly will do, it's on my bucket list. Nethertheless, I still consider myself a Harry Potter fan, I spend hours some days just reading random trivia and other facts about the series. Also, I love the art covers on your book collection. ^^ I have the standard ones, but I'm kind of a sucker for cover art on books and films. I just think they're gorgeous!

I'm actually going to rewatch all the HP movies this summer, and then I'm going to do a ranking video for those as well! And I really hope you'll enjoy the books once you start reading them ^^

chamber of secrets is my fav of them all

My favourite is also Goblet of fire I've never known such a big book to go by so quickly. Where J.K Rowling came up with all these ideas for this series I'll never know. The woman is simply a genius. If it wasn't for these books I don't know what I'd be doing. Probably watching friends lol. Great ranking!

Chamber of secrets is my favorite, because i LOVED the ending

You released this video on September 1st and Harry goes to Hogwarts every year on September 1st! Also the book is now 26 years old for the philosophers stone. I also just started reading the 4th Harry Potter books for the second time it might be my favorite book right now from the series!

Where did you buy those? Is it expensive?

I am reading Harry potter now. Among them, l was most impressed by the scene where l fought with voldemort in chapter 17. The first book was really interesting and l am planning to read it in the future.

7. Sorcerers Stone 6. Chamber of Secrets (slightly more interesting mystery) 5. Order of the Phoenix (The book can drag sometimes) 4. Prisoner of Azkaban (Harry learning more about himself through his godfather and Lupin was emotional) 3. Goblet of Fire (Love how it explores for the first time the rewards and the CONSEQUENCES of doing the right thing) 2. Deathly Hallows (The conclusion was nearly perfect imo. The way it tied up all loose ends complimented the final book) 1. Half Blood Prince (Felt like this is where dceu character and there relationship is well developed and that ending. Nebet have I wanted to figure out what happened next (Tbh 2 and 1 are interchangeable for me) What are your thoughts on this list

Update: I've just finished the Deathly Hallows today. Though it gets a little boring (because I had been reading it for 6 freaking months), I'm happy the fact that I finished all HP books, but now I want to take a break from HP. 😊😥 Ok, my ranking of the books are: 1. Me too I just doesn't have the most interesting story but it is really good I love it For me the deathly hallows is the best when I read the part of Harry seeing Snape's memories or whatever I understood the whole Harry Potter series no questions were in my mind anymore just one thing where did the ressuruction stone go?

Same with me. i’ve finished the harry potter films and am starting to read the books. I really don’t mind the order in which i read the books so the first book that i chose was harry potter and the goblet of fire, it was just so amazing the first time i watched it as a film and i can’t wait to re live the experienced through my own imagination.

Ahh I hope you enjoy the books! That's quite a bold decision haha, to read them out of order! I will say though that sometimes it can be confusing that way, since the movies left a lot of plot points out, mainly with the later books. But of course you do you 😉

Im already got all the Percy Jackson books that turn put great and waiting to get harry potter books soon

I am 18 and I have been reading the Harry Potter series for the first time. I am excited for the longer books. I read the first book in one or two days but I took forever to finish book 2. I am hoping the longer books will introduce more complex plots. I think the first two books are 3 or 4 starts for me with Chamber of Secrets being my least favourite so far.
