About the Video
I never thought I would find the courage to share this video. My daughter passed away exactly ten years ago, and every year around this time, I am overwhelmed by a profound sadness that never seems to fade.
For years, I've kept my feelings bottled up, pushing them aside to maintain a strong front. I convinced myself that I had to be the rock for everyone else, a pillar of strength amidst the grief that engulfed our lives. But in doing so, I denied myself the chance to truly mourn, to process the immense loss I felt.
This video is a step toward healing. It’s my way of honoring my daughter's memory and allowing myself to feel the pain I've suppressed for so long. Sharing this is incredibly difficult, but I hope it brings a sense of release and maybe even some comfort to those who have experienced similar loss.
To anyone watching, know that it’s okay to grieve, to let the tears flow, and to lean on others for support. This is my journey toward finding peace, and I hope it encourages others to take that step as well
