Currently the CEO of Panera Bread, Niren Chaudhary is also known as the “super dad of India” from the movie “Sky is Pink.” In his moving 18-minute talk, he spoke about his late daughter Aisha Chaudhary - his biggest inspiration. This is not a sad story, but the story of his daughter, who lived life so well, that she lit up the sky. Aisha passed away at the age of 18 from a rare condition called SCID, which later gave her Pulmonary Fibrosis. Even when the disease progressed, Aisha always came up to Niren cheerfully and made every moment magical. In her best-selling book “My Little Epiphanies” she writes how-to ‘pick the highest mountain to climb on and the dullest days to shine on’. Even after 6 years since her death, she continues to inspire millions with her ideology that happiness comes from acceptance, by accepting who we are. In his talk, he says, ‘Let’s live life to the fullest, as we live life every single day.
Niren comes from a middle-class family in India, and by working hard, he climbed the ladder to make his story, and his daughters' story, a global phenomenon.
