I met Rachel on a flight back to Montana. She was in Protective Custody at that time with her children. I thought I was sitting next to s college girl, little did I know. During the flight she shared her story with me. What a brave lady who went into hiding to protect herself and her children... Good for her for fighting to break this story open...

My husband and I were invited to a local Mormon church. We were intrigued by their reputation of great family’s and food preparedness. If you are not born into this insanity, there is no sane person that would join-believe- this CRAP! I’ve tried to read their books, no sane 50:59 person would believe the content! We even went every Sunday (as outsiders visiting), for 6 mos! They separate the men & women for Sunday school. They made young teens stand up in front of the congregation and say “I know it’s true”! 😳. Organized religion is a 💰💵 making business but the Mormons are child molesters in certain groups! I’ve watched videos that make you cry! We don’t need organized anything any more, let the towns and cities take care of our own! Almost ALL churches are RUN by corperations! Let’s set ourselves FREE! GOD BLESS AMERICA AND OUR GOD LOVING PERPLE!!!

My Mothers family was Mormon. My Great Grandfather was an elder in the church and my Great Grandmother was very strong in her faith. When the church sent out the edict that the men were now required to have multiple wives my Great Grandfather told them he would not do what his God and his country said was wrong. My Great Grandmother would have done whatever her church required but decide that she would follow her husbands guidance. Had he not been a strong, moral, courageous, loving man our lives would have been very different. His name was Ephraim Kidman and I could not be more grateful to him and to God for him.

@@MsGhost87 Unfortunately many confuse religion and spirituality. They are two different things. Our Creator and the Source of all is Divine Energy filled with Love. Religion is man made, filled with mans rules of which most are designed to control people. I have found true love, joy, peace and freedom in a personal relationship with my Creator!

  • @MsGhost87

@user-vh5xd4if4x I couldn't agree more! I still consider myself Christian, but I can't adhere to any religion due to the corruption man does to the word of God. So, I do my own thing & I take what I like & leave the rest. I have integrated many beautiful aspects of many different beliefs into my own. Bottomline, like you said, we are all part of the same creator, we are all one & should act like it instead of believing in twisted words from men who have the audacity to think creator is speaking only to them! It's a horrible lie that has been perpetuated since the beginning. Once people realize they too can have a relationship with creator, they don't need to rely on another human telling them how to believe in something NONE of us will truly understand until we leave these bodies.

I didn't realize it to 30 yrs later. It was me letting out the anger. The emotional part of my healing was hard.. until I found my true love.,, Jesus . I was saved. There was this one girl I picked on a lot on the school bus everyday. Years later I went to her parents house apologized to them. Then I also deeply apologize to her. And asked her for forgiveness.. it was a glorious day for me.

It’s the way women in cults like this are taught to speak, my mom speaks in a similar way (raised Pentecostal). The timidity is an illusion hiding the courage and bravery in her.

Thanks for sharing Rachel's story! I hope you invited her and her family to join your family to see the love 😍 and bond that you have as a family. Sexual abuse comes in many forms and it takes a courageous person to take a stand against it and help others.. Rachel i admire you for your strength and courage to take a stand against the evils of this world. You're a beautiful, strong young woman to have endured all of this trauma. Your book can help many people who are stuck in bondage. I would be honored to read your books. I'm glad that you were able to get your children back. I have adult children and I just can't imagine having them taken away from me. Sending prayers for complete healing for you and your children and for deliverance for the others stuck in the same situation. 🙏 I had friends that were Mormons and they invited me to their church. I went once for myself and thought immediately after they were talking about Joseph Smith and the profits that it was a cult even though the woman's class was positive. My Mennonite friend wanted to go and she got right up in the service and said come on this is a cult and walked out. I've been to different churches before but don't want to claim a denomination either. I know God's word and read it daily. I follow several Christian preachers and teachers and do attend a local church church on occasion but i agree with you 💯 % God Bless ❤

It’s no more a cult than any other religion. I can just as easily call the Mennonite’s a cult. So tired of this narrative.

This was an excellent video/documentary you two. She is so strong. Sometimes we can't imagine how these things happen, however, Rachel Blackmore's survival provides an insight that is often missed by a lack of candidness from the victim. My heart really bleeds for these victims. Thank you for sharing Rachel and thank you New World Old Soul for taking the time to shine a spotlight on these issues of religious cult-polygamist life; and survival and life afterwards. A great heartfelt video! A little humor--Rachel sounds like a true Virgo. LOL! She was so strong and smart. A good person.

@@GailJohnson-qb7fv Thank you Gail. I really appreciate it. Ever since I started my independent 2024 run for president of the United States as a write-in General Election candidate (It's a long, long shot.); the comments haven't been so nice or welcoming. Especially when it comes to my view on Judge Glanville being correct to hold an ex parte witness protection hearing as a trier of the facts withe the prosecuting attorney's; secondly, when I stated that it is wrong for Democrats and Republicans representatives in our Congress to allow illegal migrants to vote locally once they have established residence in the U. S. I am out-shouted without a huge platform so that the American people are unaware of this things or that there are other serious candidates out there and that we are trying. Like Rachel--the True Virgo in me is always optimistic. I'm not deterred. I'm not discouraged at all. You always have to fight your way back. Rachel is encouragement. Have a good day Gail.

Rachel is a super individual who suffered horribly at her own father's hands. She is to be commended for her courage and inner strength to not only move on with her life, but to publicly share what she was forced to suffer in order to help those who have also gone through her pain themselves. This took and takes stellar strength, thank you dear Rachel, for living a selfless life and for using your own testimony to help others.
