I am fortunate to get the greatest clients in the world. After all you can’t be a slouch if you want to fly to Minneapolis to be biologically optimized. Only the best of the best do that and Cameron is definitely that. He was the top rated Pilot in all of American Airlines before he retired. If you don’t use Sean to accomplish your health goals your insane. This man/Dr has your best interests at heart and knows how to get you home. I’ve been his patient for over three years and I’m 77. He’s helped me immensely and I tried 6 other Drs before him. He is a find

In what ways specifically? What did you see improve? Obviously, this takes hard work on behalf of the patient, as it should be.

Great interview! I've recently put on visceral fat over the last year. I'm ready to take it off. My body puts on belly fat so easy, so i need to incorporate all the modalities, sprinting, fasting and carnivore!

Cameron's story is educational and inspirational. Thank you. Does the MRI scan determine the weight (grams or pounds) of visceral fat or does it provide an image where the surface area of visceral fat is calculated? Thank you.

We developed proprietary Sw to do quantification of visceral fat but stopped using it bc it’s visualization of visceral fat not quantification that means the most.

As they say, "a picture is worth a 1,000 words." Some of us though, like me, want to track the reduction/elimination of visceral fat by its weight (grams or ounces). I like numbers. I'm a finance guy. :-) To each his own. Thank you for posting these insightful videos. @@DrSeanOMara

Great interview! Would a sprint on a rowing machine be equivalent to a running sprint?

  • @danflowers8584

Your body only understands stimulus…high intensity so the answer is yes however actual run sprints would probably a little more efficient from a metabolic perspective. Do your rowing sprints one workout and maybe next workout do the sprints. Best of both worlds. Hope this helps.

@@danflowers8584 Thank you, Dan... that helps. Either way, I'll have to work up to a sprint. I think the rowing, initially, will get me in the right direction with less joint stress. But I will get out there and work in sprints as I go along. Thanks again.
