As an Arab Muslim, and British national, I thank you so much for this. I still remember when visiting my grandparents in their beautiful tiny village and their mud house..my grandmother was so beautiful we nicked name her queen Nefertiti and my grandfather was equally handsome and very strong..he lived till 104 with an amazing memory reciting the Qur'an and poetry to his friends..and my grandmother till 95...they had a beautiful laidback lifestyle..waking with the sunrise and going to bed with sunset...they fasted Ramadan of course but also every Monday and Thursday of each week...they never binged on food, they made everything by hand..when they broke their fast on dates, usually one or three, never exceeded, never more than 3 dates per day...their life was one of the reasons that made me leave my well- paid job and rented flat in London UK over ten years ago and move to the mountains in central Italy...now I live as they did, no electricity, no car, no supermarkets, I grow my food, keep animals for cheeses, eggs, etc..i ferment everything, even meat as my grandmother used to do ..I have no money but I eat like a queen...wake up at sunrise and go to bed at sunset...my only technology is this old mobile phone with a limited access to internet...as I'm still learning...despite having no income or money, I'm the happiest and healthiest I've ever been. Sadly people in the Arab and Muslims world adopted the lifestyle of the West and now they are paying a high price, an epidemic in illnesses in the middle east. The irony is there are many sayings of the prophet Mohammad, pbuh, warning people of over eating and how they should protect their digestive system..one says: the stomach/digestive system is the chamber of all diseases! I am Greek and Greek Orthodox. I don't think someone only has to be Muslim to understand you. Your life sounds like peace. 🙏🏼 And I am sure that many people long to live a life of peace, NO MATTER what race they are or what faith they have. My grandparents also lived in a small village in the mountains and did everything themselves. Ate healthy food etc. Even today, this village is cut off from civilization and there are still few people living there. And also today, as an adult, I go back every few years to show my children what it looks like and how the people live. I love this little village and fondly remember how I spent my summer holidays as a child and teenager. There I learned to cook delicious & healthy food from my grandmother and mother. But it's not just the environment that brings peace. It is also the inner attitude. How many people are there today who are mean, who behave rudely, selfishly and ignorantly towards others. My personal opinion: *Peace does not begin with your surroundings, but with yourself!!!* PEACE, LOVE & HEALTH to you too. 🙏🏼

This is wonderful confirmation! I been eating once every 24 hours and started this past week a 48 hour fast at the end of each week. I use to weigh over 280 lbs and now I am half that weight. I stiill have a lot of visceral fat! I am trying all of your recommendations and just in a short time here, I been feeling better and more energetic. Thank you for these videos!!

Awesome. For me i had about 40 lbs to loose. I did omad for 3 months and lost a lot of muscle or rather got very weak. I'd keep on the weight lifting, go for higher reps and fire the muscles up to exhaustion. Get rest time for each muscle group if they are sore. If they are not sure, up the weight some or up the reps. Get a good burn if you have enough energy. Sprinkle in 2 meals or keep on one. Be well. Sean is the best for this topic and has helped me keep at it. Fermented foods too.

My radiologist is the reason I know about visceral fat. She got the knowledge from your channel and told me. I had gotten a CT scan, one of several this year with different radiologists but she was the only one who said anything. Not the several different doctors who'd seen my imaging, but the radiologist. She said you can't see it as well without an MRI but you can definitely see it and I had a lot. Currently like 45 days into strict carnivore.

I'm a carnivore, ketovore when needed, Muslim, regularly do IF on top of obligatory and voluntary Islamic fasting. I just want to add a little bit: a couple hours after we break our fast in Ramadhan, we do LONG congregational prayer, you can feel all the muscles working, soleus and what not. All the prayer positions are like great exercise. And when we prostrate on the ground, several times, we have great blood supply to the brain. 55, feel like a healthy 25 (some 25 nowadays are not healthy). I'm grateful. Also forgot to mention: during the long prayer, peace and calm, just you and your Lord, His Mercy, Graciousness and Blessings. Zero stress.
