Ok 10 days in and 3 rounds using this OTT method. Report: Drives 15 to 20 yard gain, mostly off to the right just off fairways. Long irons and woods are stripes down the middle and solid long. Mid irons straight with some gain in distance. Short irons pulls put mostly GIR. I/d call the ball striking great. All solidly struck, no more fat shots. Friends ask why are you over swinging? My reply, why is my score 6 to 8 strokes better? I am definitely sticking with this as my left knee and right hip dont hurt after I play. You are def on right path.

Love your channel. I actually have a bit of a Hogan story of my own. I obviously never played golf with Mr. Hogan but I did play a round of matchplay with someone who played with him in the Masters. Being a huge Hogan fan I asked him what it was like. He said contrary to the myth about Mr. Hogan being a bit gruff and unfriendly he found him to be quite friendly and even a bit chatty. He said, to paraphrase him as accurately as I can remember, "his first shot was a bit of a hook, but every shot after that came off the precise centre of the club and followed the precise shape of the hole".

Wow! Such a beautiful rhythmic golf swing! Jack Nicklaus said, as long as you get to your left side on the downswing, you can release the club as hard as you want from the top which you are definitely doing! The power you are getting is so phenomenal!! And your swing also looks so effortless and smooth! Great job Christo! Thank you so much for your teachings.

@@MiracleSwingExperience Do you have good drills to really get the hogan feel for the down swing initiation? I usually start the downswing by shifting my hips toward the target which lets the club drop and then everything rotate together. But I see that Hogan starts the downswing with more of a rotation of the hips/lower body. His seems like a combo of rotation and shift. Is that fair to say?

The swing you are talking about is the key. Sean Foley explains this in his video talking about the Divergence Plane. The hips have to clear first or one will hit a push/block. When one clears the hips and is on the Divergence Plane one is fully connected(the body and club are one). I believe it is that full connection with the hips leading that all great strikers of the golf ball have in common. In all sports, the legs lead the way first. Their setups and backswings might be different but their fore-swings all have the same positions. It is what you refer to as you Over The Top Miracle Swing. I appreciate your content and enthusiasm.

Early extension/early hip firing has been my big issue too, thought it was just me that when I tried the more George Knudson move my blocks weren't as bad. My home courses first hole is super tough if you have a block, with this inside move my block just put my second shot in the greenside bunker where as before it was ALWAYS in the water. First round trying this I had 46% driving accuracy and lost only 2 balls, which for me is a GAME CHANGER.

Hi Christo. 11 years ago you made a video called The Golden Loop. Which you are actually demonstrating today. To achieve this all I do is use both of my humerus bones and swing them from my two shoulders like a triangular pendulum. That is it! Hope you give it a try. My club head following the path I am sending it to directly to my ball I am an upper body swinger of the golf club and my lower body naturally réponds in balance to a full trail heel away classic finish. It works with every club in my bag. Not just the driver. Cheers

@@MiracleSwingExperience At 63 I guess Ive gone through a similar process as you have, my swing has evolved , sometimes with frustrating results. Up to this point the best advice I ever recieved was 'maybe lower my expectations'...that taught me to be humble about this game ...instead of expecting miracles ... The modern swing taught these days is tremendously difficult ...the one plane swing helped .. but this is a miracle because I've been trying to do the opposite of this all of my golfing life, even looking disdainfully at OTT slicers . So as golf often gives us this is a chastening and humbling moment.. the feeling of powering a driver way past where my ball used to land , or picking a spot on the range way further than the Iron would normally go and hitting it accurately with a soaring iron shot was beyond any expectation. It's hard to believe it's happening ..Im excited but waiting for the beat down....it wi take time to fine tune of course..we never beat this game but looking at the videos of those old masters of golf has me doubly convinced. I sent a message to you before as I asked my local teaching professional what she thought of this OTT move ..she basically became defensive and quite rude dismissive as I guess it is the opposite to what she teaches. She wasn't to happy when I reeled off names like Jones, Palmer, Byron Nelson, Demaret, Knudson, Snead, Player etc. ..I wasn't trying to be a smart ass ..I was just interested in her thoughts but wow it was an interesting response. This is not only easy to do, it actually works instantly ..in 3 swings ...not months of trying to get it right ...Amazing !
