Same setup but only 2” of lift with 265/75/16, no issues. Mine shocks are Fox 2.5 dsc. It is the shop.
Install an ECGS bearing in the passenger-side CV axle. It may even things up with the one you have on the driver's side.
Did you get this issue fixed? Mine was doing the same thing, and I changed out the upper AND LOWER control arms. Before the lower, it pulled to the right really bad. I also found an off-road shop to take it to for an alignment.
My FJ is doing the same thing. Getting my CVs and needle bearing replaced and getting a proper alignment since I have bump steer and the steering is sloppy. Drifts off to the right as well. Pretty sure those two things are it.
I notice most of these problems with 4x4 Tacomas and Tundras. My 2019 Tundra 4x4 had a similar issue. My coworker’s 2018 Tacoma 2WD has a 3/2 ReadyLIFT(dealer installed) and drives perfect. I drove his truck and it drives as straight as my 2022 2WD Tacoma. And I actually drove it because at that exact time I was dealing with the alignment issues with my Tundra and wanted to see if my Tundra really had crooked steering or was I paranoid. (Spoiler alert) I WASN’T paranoid. I’m going to have the dealership install my lift with a warranty. More money but less stress.
Reminds me of my brother buying a 2000 tundra when they came out. He added spacers and blocks in the rear and it rode like shit and caused a ton of issues with driveline vibrations.
SPC UCA= perfect alignment. No problems at high speed. Run my truck 2.5" lift and 34s hard and fast in the desert. My caster is 5.1°
Go to your local 4x4 shop and ask them where they get alignment, not all alignment shop can align lifted trucks.
Hey I have a 2020 off-road Tacoma with 285’s ko2’s and a level lift kit bilstein 5100 kit drives perfectly straight no issues went to align it and everything was still in spec so I didn’t change any alignment angles and it drives good straight no drift or pulls If you have any questions hit me up I’m also a auto technician which does alignments and all for a living. Pull can also be from the tires
Man you definitely need to find a good 4x4 shop that specializes in lifted trucks, they seem to be the only ones that can get it done. I just installed a 3” lift and 275s and so far so good. Shop claimed they couldn’t get me a printed out alignment report, but they seemed to have accomplished the 3 degrees of caster I asked for, even though I went the cheaper route with Freedom Offroad UCA’s. I guess it’s a never ending chase for the perfect setup, I can’t seem to stop the vibes that start around 60-65 either. Clean truck though, keep up the great content!

You might need to shim the rear axle.
Liked the look without the running boards. Looks more cleaner.
I went to my local toyota dealer and they had a Tacoma SR, white, and I have no clue how tall it was lifted, but my fat hind end struggled to get in. I test drove it and it drove nothing like stock, it had these big military looking wheels that had to at least be a -44 offset and had at least 35s that were low pro tires the rims were something like 22s it looked sick but drove like doodoo
Stock taco is stoked.
I just bought brand new 2023 4 door TRD pro and on the way home from dealership I was pulling to the right. OKLAHOMA has horrible roads and I came out of a 2007 Honda civic With torque steer issues so on my test drive the truck felt amazing. Anyway went back to dealership today and alignment took 3 times then he got it. But why are Tacomas such a pain to align?
Dont forget to use a speedometer calibrator to adjust the Tacomas computer to your new tire size

Make sure your wheels are on right and torqued Correctly.
I been dealing with alignment issue with my 2013 Tacoma as well. My front tires were negative camber and was told I had to replace upper control with adjustable control arms which I did because I have a Rough country 3" lift kit was reason to change out upper control. So after I changed them i went to get alignment, the shop couldn't do it cause the cam bolts were seized. So I paid again to install new lower control arms on the truck. After the install the alignment made my tires positive camber looks like they lean in a bit not straight and stable. I been to multiple places to look at it and some shops refuse to touch it cause it not stock. My tires are 265/75/16R I want to get new tires and put 1.5" wheel spacers but worried now if I do install tires they'll stick out a little but looked leaned if I do it, I think. Are these shops just not adjusting my tires right? or what do I do ? I been figuring this out for like 2 months.

i kept my sr5 taco stock just added some at3 wildpeaks 265/70/r17 4 runner trd pro wheels , and change the grill to the trd pro grill . i need my truck perfect they cost too much to have a messed-up ride. so no lift for me yet maybe few years .
The mechanics probably saw the alignment and center of that toyota emblem on the steering wheel and thought who is gonna notice.
I’ve got pretty much the same issues, 2in lift using the Eibach pro truck lift, icon leaf springs, 16x8 wheels, but still stock tires. The ride is oddly rough but I feel like that’s common with the “budget” friendly lift kits. The bilsteins are valves digressive just like mine, which digressive shocks are pretty bad at small and large bumps but good at handling. What I’m planning is upgrading to some progressive or linear shocks. The 2888 are only 590lbs spring rate but a longer coil, so without weight they may be a little stiff but I think it’s something to do with the valving of your shocks like mine.

Just get steering stabilizers
Take it to less Schwab they will get it done right had the same issues and they fixed it and they give you a 30 day guarantee so if it’s not fixed you can bring it back and they will fix it for free again
You realize that most roads are crowned so water dont sit on the road. It will cause truck to slightly pull to the lower side.

All the guys with the Toyota Tacoma problems are because you wouldn't stop messing with them. I left mine stock and have no problems.
