You have an adequate strength base and mobility for planche but i think you should focus more on your shoulders and core position; your shoulders should be protracted and your core should be in a hollow position. Try it out and see for yourself

Very nice. I also experience wrist pain when I do calisthenics. Do you have any advice, how to avoid wrists pain?

imran murtaza hey man, best thing would be to warm up the wrists well and to make sure you strengthen your forearm muscles also. That should help to strengthen the wrists

train handstand push ups to gain strenght ;) when you will reach 20 HSPU then i sujjest you to start training planche ;)
