My 45kg dumbbell shoulder press

So I’m still having issues with my left shoulder rather annoyingly. The problem being that I can push decent weight, but as soon as I get close to failure, the shoulder feels almost out of place, which is very off-putting.
Even so, a good 9 reps on shoulders with 45kg dumbbells (99lbs) is something I’m happy about, but clearly more work needs to go into rehabbing this shoulder if I’m going to get back up to the 60kg’s (132lbs).
