Hello! "Japanese Kitchen Tour".

I enjoyed how you told the couples story while reviewing their restaurant. Following the stages of the wild boar dish creation and showing the preparation of the polenta, drew me in. お話を聞いてて、イタリア人の強欲で人の命をおろそかにするいい加減さとか、人間性の負の部分のステレオタイプが外れました。どの国も、農業や漁業などの生産活動と無縁な都市部とかではなく、地方都市の栄えてるところに住んでる人たちはほんとうに素晴らしいし、文化性も高いんだなと思いました。
