Finally someone that loves what he does without the pretentiousness and arrogance we see in other chefs. Just cooking good food, in a comfortable relaxing atmosphere and very warmly interacting with his guests. Love watching him work and does his thing!!! I’d love to eat at his place if I ever go to Japan!

European chefs are very arrogant, they think they’re number one and that kinda puts me off

He epitomizes what a master chef is.
Very rare traditional high preparing standards for shure...👌Can you imagine making all this on an induction stove?? Cooking on real fire is the only high end professional way to fry, bake or cook. So much respect for the produce quality. No microwave to be seen... I wish i could try some of that ! Highest respect for this Master Chef !!

"Stars? We don't need no stinking stars!" Any mingling with Michelin would be a shame. Besides, this man and his skills have nothing to do with a food guide. MICHELIN STAY AWAY.

Deserves *** from Michelin Guide. Both for fine, gorgeous, elegant plates. Unbelievable class of food. This man is a stellar chef. I do not the lunch price , but It would be a unique experience

Apart from home cooked food, Japanese is one of my favorites, they are very nice to their customers and don’t muck around with the food by adding weird things in there, I frequent this one Japanese restaurant near home and the ladies there are very nice and very kind to their customers, has a very homely feel to it..even if they don’t have what you want on the display table they quickly go and make it while you wait. Japese customer service is much better than western customer service m
