Hi everyone! I’m here with a new Fishy Friday. So glad you’re watching. The summer months mark the start of the season for mussels here in the Netherlands. But all over the world you can find the tastiest mussels to use for this recipe. You can make so many fantastic recipes with these beautiful shells. Today I use them in an Asian inspired dish: fresh spring rolls. Super healthy, fun to make and so tasty. The sweet mussel meat, crunchy vegetables and fresh herbs are a match made in heaven.
