    What you and Ali Dawah are saying directly contradicts Prophet Muhammad PBUH's life because he was happily married and monogamous for majority of his life and even when he did commit polygamy and had an opportunity to make more children from his younger wives he still never had any children from them. A healthy family raising kids - he pbuh did that with Khadijah RA and no one else. And no man is less manly for wanting that. I seek monogamy from Allah because that's what I know my Prophet practiced.

    Our prophet told us that a time will come where we will fall for it. The prophet said to his companions: “You (meaning the Muslims at a future time) will follow the paths of those who came before you step by step and an arm for an arm, even if they enter the hole of a lizard, you will follow them” the companions asked:”the Jews and Christians?” He said:”Who else?”. This is what is happening now. Yet Islam is different in that we do not have a clergy who can mess with our religion or absolve us from our duties or make what is forbidden halal (permissible). Yes, we have scholars but they have no authority and we can disregard what they say if they do not provide proof from the Quran or Hadeeth. No one is sacred to us.

    Unfortunately he seems to be trying to win a bigger audience by catering a Muslim audience. Yes, he will say nice things about Islam once in a while, but if you look at some of his old clips, he actually was borderline mocking Muslims, or almost addressing it in a backhanded way. Matter of fact a couple of weeks before he declared he was converting to islam, he was talking about how he was going to become Eastern Orthodox Christian. Seems like he just follows whatever is stereotypically aligned with his claims so as to push his brand image.

    Assalamu alaykum, I watched this video earlier today and something really didn't sit right with me. I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I’m back seeking clarification- I’m truly and genuinely looking for it too, and am open to having my mind changed on these matters. I respect these two men and their knowledge of Islam, and I recognize that my own knowledge does not compare to theirs (I'm not even Muslim yet, but Inshallah I’ll be able to take my Shahada soon), and I also recognize that I come with lots of biases having been raised in the West with feminist ideals. The first point I get stuck on is Ali’s take on a husband telling his wife that he does not want her to go out with friends, and he questions why this might be considered abusive. Don’t get me wrong, I agree that there’s nothing wrong with a husband telling his wife that he does not want her to do something (I get it, I’ve asked my partner to stay home instead of going out with friends because I selfishly want to spend more time with him!)- my issue is with those who tell their wives they *cannot* do something. This, by the way, in my opinion can be applied with the genders reversed AND I’m only referring to Halal outings with friends. If a wife wants to go out and get tea with her friends, what reason would the husband have to deny her unless he was controlling and/or oppressive? Women are not children and should be free to carry out their lives and maintain friendships at their own discretion. The second point that I’m getting stuck on is both Ali and Mohammed’s take on polyamory and the s*xual nature of men. Isn’t polyamory in the Qur’an a mechanism to protect widowed women and orphans in times of war, not a means satisfy this supposed s*xual or polyamorous nature of men that they’re referring to? And where in the Qur’an or the Sunnah does it even say that men have a stronger s*xual nature than women that needs to be satisfied through polyamory? As far as I know, both the Qur’an and science dispel this myth- women have equal s*xual desire to men. And believing women, just like believing men, are instructed to limit the exploration of this desire to their marriage and otherwise avert their gaze towards the opposite gender. Where in the Qur’an or the Sunnah does it encourage or even permit men to take up multiple wives for the purpose of an outlet to expand the exploration of their s*xual desires? Sorry I get a little heated on the second point haha. It is a topic that often frustrates me, especially in the context of Andrew Tate who I find holds some pretty disgusting views on the matter. I don’t mean to come off as challenging. My questions are genuine and I would like to know if I disagree with them due to a lack of knowledge! Thank you very much! Alhamdulillah.

  • @AhmedX8

    @AhmedX8

    From what I know, a husband can't forbid his wife from going on halal outings. No one can forbid what Allah has made lawful for His creation. Of course, there should be clear communication between the two so that their respective boundaries are established and respected and harmony is achieved. This is a different story when it comes to haram outings, where the husband would have a right to refuse his wife from attending as it would lead to disloyalty/rebellion against Allah. With this said, he cannot transgress this right by using it as an excuse to abuse and oppress his wife. On the polyamory issue, the Qur'an does state in chapter 4 verse 129 that a husband will not be able to maintain justice between his wives as he will incline towards one over the other, which ties into the primary reason given for polygamous relations in chapter 4 verse 3: to protect the orphans and widows from injustice. I hope this helps. I've been a Muslim my whole life and I'm still learning how to apply the knowledge that our Creator has blessed me with. May Allah continue to grant you guidance and make your path to Islam easy.

  • @sallyhu9170

    @sallyhu9170

    I have been muslim my whole life and im still learning as well. Sheikh Al-diddo once said that as long as a woman going out of her house is not affecting the husband's rights then it's up to her, because the marriage contract is based on shared rights and having children etc, her husband can't dictate what she likes or doesn't like and she's a complete individual when it comes to things that are not rights and not haram and doesn't affect children badly. Of course marriage in the Quran is about love and mercy so I think communication is key in these matters. About polygamy, I know it's halal but I don't like it (just like some people don't like cousin marriage although it's halal) and I don't prefer it for myself because my preference in marriage is to be only a couple just like anyone has preferences when it comes to marriage, I decided with my fiance to write in our marriage contract that he has to take my permission if he wants to remarry, the thought itself breaks my heart and he never said he wants to remarry but I think it's important to discuss your preferences with possible suitors. May Allah guide me and you to what pleases him

    Dear brother Mohamed hijab and Ali Dawah, what you are doing here by reacting to his video is going to cause a lot of harm among a portion of young ignorant Muslim guys who literally idolize him. I mean it's shocking that we are talking about such an individual, like would we make a video and talk about the good points said by a female p*rn star on men? Or can we just address it without bringing the individual in our videos? The fact you make a video agreeing with some of the things he said might give those folks a green light that it's okay to listen to Andrew tate and they may assume they can filter the statements he says while they themselves lack in knowledge. This guy Andrew tate if you observe seems to literally respects Islam from the Angle of disrespecting women. He prides to talk about the restrictions Islam puts on women while either deliberately or ignorantly not telling about the equal punishments that can befall a man or the restrictions men have in Islam. He seems to not respect Islam from the perspective of the existence of a creator, purpose of life etc. Its more about women that he is focused on. He literally made money from the sex industry and continues to do so. Not only that he further encourages cheating on one's spouse and said that as long as he provides for them they shouldn't have an issue and guess what? A lot of filth individuals were agreeing with him which is shocking. He then prides himself on doing Zina with multiple women and considers it kind of coward attitude to those who have to hide such actions from others. See this hadith on one who boasts sins - "Saalim ibn ‘Abd-Allaah said: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “All of my ummah will be fine except for those who commit sin openly. Part of committing sin openly is when a man does something at night and Allaah conceals it, but in the morning he says, ‘O So-and-so, last night I did such and such.’ His Lord had covered his sin all night, but in the morning he removed the cover of Allaah.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5721; Muslim, 2990) Here is what Sheikh Uthaymeen has to say about an individual who does such kinds of acts - Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said: There is a third kind of immoral, promiscuous evildoer, who speaks of zinaa in order to show off - we seek refuge with Allaah - and tells people that he went to such and such a country and committed immoral actions and zinaa with a number of women, and other things of which he boasts. Such a person must be asked to repent; if he repents, all well and good, otherwise he should be executed, because if a person boasts of zinaa, this implies that he views it as permissible - Allaah forbid - and whoever regards zinaa as permissible is a kaafir. There are some evil people who do this, because of whom and their deeds the Muslims are suffering calamities. There are people who boast about such actions. They travel to countries which are well known for immorality and promiscuity, such as Bangkok and other places which are full of zinaa, homosexuality, alcohol, etc., then they come back to their friends and boast about what they have done. Such a person must - as I have said -be asked to repent. If he repents, all well and good, otherwise he should be executed, because whoever regards zinaa or other actions which by scholarly consensus are haraam, as being permissible, is a kaafir. (Sharh Riyaadh al-Saaliheen, 1/116). Why don't we tell him about many of the rights women has in Islam that he doesn't agree with or about the punishmentt men gets if they engage in acts such as what he does?? This guy is a cherry picker at best, he makes excuses to justify with whatever he can to excuse men's immoral actions while jumping on women's actions. I hope you understand the harm this guy is doing on many youth minds. Jazakhallakhair

    @Marko oh you Christian read this - "God is singular. I am first and I am last, and besides Me there is no God. (Isaiah 44:6) , the verse above didnt mention “besides Us there is no God” , its pretty clear God is singular and not in triune. During the Jew Roman war 66AD, many Jewish scriptures were burnt by Romans. Among them are the early Aramaic-Hebrew scriptures used by Nasoreans (Earliest followers of Jesus) . One interesting fact is that Nasoreans disagreed with Paul, for he introduced a new doctrine that is to abolish Jewish rites and sufficient to only have faith in triune. Thus, this solidify the fact that Nasoreans never used Greek scriptures upheld by the Romans (as all of them were written after the war where many Jews persecuted and flee from Israel)." - END quote

Why would my logical reaction not be to turn to feminism, when that's the only ideology that directly "defends" me against the sexism? If the phrase is true, are the "mini andrew tates" not the ones to blame for women not being true to their "nature"? Was it not the action of misogyny that first caused feminism to be needed? Feminism in it's current understanding is upside down to say the least. Completely broken. Feminism in it's original form( 1st wave) although much better, is not nearly as complete as Islamic doctrine. Men and women are equal by all means, yet, men and women are not the same. Any 3 year old child can tell you that. Hence, different games (for lack of a better word) require different rule sets. These so called "rules" are not to hinder us. Quite the opposite actually. It is for us to function optimally. Imagine you have a toy car. This toy car is functioning properly or as advertised. Who's the best person to go to to check that problem? Surely the most experienced in the field and most knowledgeable of the model, say it's creator. Now, who better knows how we function, our ins and outs, the things we love and hate, what's beneficial for us and what's not than the literal All-knowing All-capable Most high. It is He subhano w ta'ala that knows us more than we know ourselves. That wants the best for us more than we do ourselves. That is more merciful to us than we could ever could be. Infinitely more. So, it would be a counterproductive waste of time and energy to go to other than Him. Especially whenHe wants us to and ALWAYS has an open-invitation.

I appreciate your talks but this one thing should be conveyed to Andrew tate that a man's wife is not supposed to be an obedience doll whom you can order around. If he expects obedience without giving any appreciation or respect to his wife then he should get himself a slave instead of a wife.

Additionally, when he said that prefers “respect over love” regarding women then I realized his “advices” may be quite harmful to many young guys who get his words literally.

    If one refuses all the points presented to them to define a woman and a man, then the first 3 letters in lgbtq are without legitimate construct, the 4 letter is absolutely vague. Furthermore, the attempt in the separation of gender and s3x is done to keep the delusion going and its bad faith. For example, when cis male wants to transition and be regarded as a women and also a female, that proves the point that the concept that is a women is well defined and regerded almost as a destination, a point, or coordinates, therefore it exists. And if it exists then all humans within that proximity are women = females. Even if they don’t all share 100% physiological similarities. Then using those really minor differences (that are considered as abnormalities by the medical community, if such science is still receivable) to act like a gender is undefinable is unacceptable. When we study something, we rarely focus on the 1% aberrant data, sit on it and refuse to move on and look at 99% that show strong birth giving similarities.

    when they said andrew tate had some truth to when he said that men can no longer tell their wives/"woman" she can’t go out with her friends because it is seen as abusive, they need to consider that if a woman does that to her husband/man it can also be seen in a similar way. She might be called controlling, too dominant, etc.. In a healthy relationship, both the woman and the man should be able to set their boundaries, whether that be saying that the man/woman shouldn't go out on certain days or any specific circumstance, along with the reasoning behind why. in a healthy relationship, there should not be a power struggle and there shouldn’t be a leader of the relationship. if your wife/husband listens to you when you set a boundary that does not mean you are in control of the relationship or vice versa. I really hope Mohammad Hijab and Ali Dawah can read this so they can get this through to the young Muslim youth who are idolizing a man (andre tate) who insulted Muslim women, and encourages a very harsh animosity towards women in general.Instead, like both Ali Dawah and Mohammad Hijab said, we should be using the Prophets (PBUThem) and the sahaba (RA) as role models.

    You do realize there's a hierarchy in family system in Islam right? And in that hierarchy, man who's a husband or a father is at the top and then comes the wife or the mother. It means that the woman can have a say in the matter but the final decision is upto the man. So yes men do have the power of leadership in Islam, and there's no "partnership" as you like to claim it is. There's a partnership in the sense that both are like puzzle pieces filling the space that the other can't fill. And lastly, there can't be two captains of a ship.

    To see a lot of Muslim men drooling about the idea of poligamy disgusts me (sorry for the harsh words), because I come from a culture where a lot of men abuse this window of opportunity, not understanding or pretend to not understand that the ayahs regarding polygamy came around the context when there were wars and widows and orphans galore and a lot of men died in battlefields. There was also a transition from Jahiliyah period when men had the tendency to collect and own women as sexual slaves in their harems. Polygamy is not a 'sunnah' that is encouraged. It's clearly discouraged by Allah with clear wordings. What's encouraged is monogamy. Allah promised that you will not be able to be fair if you choose that path, even if you claim you would want to be fair. Meaning, that you would almost surely fall into the state of sinning and violating the rights of other human beings. So you better pray that all your ibadahs and good deeds are enough to make up for the tears and anguish that is caused by the choice you make for others. Or maybe, instead of always fantasizing about polygamy and keep having wet dreams about it, when you have extra means, why not as a sincere Muslim brother, you sponsor and help other Muslim brothers or sisters who are struggling to find a decent spouse, to find each other. The problem we have now, is that we have too many single Muslim men, while at the same time we have too many Muslim men with too many wives. *People need to stop listening to influencers and sensationalists, stop putting them in place of proper scholars. Start listening to scholars instead.

My daughter would have hysterical melt downs over nothing while my son would stand stoically, and simply take his correction. Decades later? My greatgrandchildren show the same tendencies. To be honest, I do feel there are some double standards in the practising Muslim families I've seen around me - which is not Islam. The wives do shape their life largely around their husbands when it comes to who they have round at the house and where they go. But the husbands tend to TELL their wives when they want a friend round and the wife is generally expected to cook for that friend. Of course, it's good to support the husband, but I feel there could be more mutual respect and consideration because the expectations seem to be different. I've also seen how some brothers like to free mix with the excuse that they can have a second wife etc, but in a way that is cheap, and yet they tell their wife to wear niqab and will not allow their wife to leave the house at all. And the sisters tolerate the free mixing because they think there is 'so much fitna' and their sabr is a way to get to Jannah. They have a point, but I don't believe that suppression is always synonymous with piety. Being constantly passive to injustice isn't healthy longterm. That's what I've seen around me anyway and it's pretty sad.

And the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said, 'The best of you is he who is best to his wife'. That's a clear statement. Im against feminism, I've seen firsthand how it's destroyed marriages. But I'm also against brothers who think their 'manliness' resides in an unquestioning wife. This is a real problem that needs to be addressed.

It is the evil who abuse that power while the pure stay patient. Just or Unjust, physical or emotional abuse is never OK. Never.

    Being a man and being the head/protector of his family is very different from being oppressive. I think we need to be very careful distinguishing the 2. For example, refusing to let your wife go out with her friends because of free mixing (absolutely valid) versus spending time with her friend/friends at an all woman's gathering. There are A LOT of men who refuse even the latter. Some who have no children and sit their watching their spouse be on their phone majority of the time. This happens a lot around me and throwing around this narrative that men ARE the sole keeper of the woman and has to do everything he says right or wrong is nonsensical.

It is not a case of your husband telling you not to go out on the town, if you love and respect your husband, why would you choose to do something hurtful to him? However, it should cut both ways. The problem with today's ummah is - that we the muslim community arent following the true role models in islam and are therefore seeking validation from non-muslims when they so subtly hint at something thats considered "good" in islam. We'd rather follow and become friends with a western person who stopped alcohol as a means of getting healthy or left gambling as a ways of saving money rather than muslim scholars preaching these same things. So when the topic of andrew tate and his view of the issues with western women came to light & they match what islam says, all these soft muslim men flocked to his channel without a seconds thought. The same thing already happened when people on low self-esteem & probably depression etc flocked to Jordan Peterson's channel. And then look what happened with JP, and the video he put out. He showed his true colours. The same can happen with Andrew tate.. watch his videos with nothing but pure entertainment, but make sure you get your religious knowledge & motivation from true muslims who you trust.

    I think it is wrong to call them soft. They saw someone living the lifestyle they wanted and they came. With Jordan Peterson he admitted that his family had a history of crippling depression. So they came because they believed in his message and struggle. But he wasn't infallible and he succumbed. He got addicted to the drugs the doctor prescribed to him.

A dude like andrew tate can take all day about “trashy women” but he also hires them as cam girls to make money and cheats on everyone he dates so he is not exactly husband material. where is the credibility here ? When you listen to a sheikh who actually has knowledge of islam and follows a righteous path then you can listen to his advice and take it. A good man makes a wise decision of who to marry, but don’t get married to a “bad woman” if you don’t want her to act like one. if you get someone who has the same morals and values you do, you don’t have to control them because you have trust in who they are.

In conclusion , from what i've seen of him he doesn't seem to know islam very well or how to convey it , and lately seems more interested in making headlines by being provocative or triggering , which to me means people shouldn't be looking at him as a representative of islam or muslims , especially kids who are easily swayed ( he is a content creator first and foremost , not a muslim )
