I’m a revert from California, and personally it really hurts me too see Islamic students of knowledge stand for LGBTQ. This is not what the Muslim community needs. Fundamentals of Islam never change, and neither should our teachings and ideologies that we present to students and other practicing and non practicing Muslims. It’s a shame really. @TheGamingDuo Actually, the fundamentals of Islam have changed over time. Muhammad was not from Mecca. Please listen to revert Sam Gerrans about this. His English translation of the Qur'an is outstanding. There were many sites of pilgrimage for "Muslims" during the 7th century. Mecca is fixed, so to speak, only in the second half of the 8th century. Please study real history.

As Muslim we never say "pls pray for ME" You should pray for yourself, and if someone prays for you it's fine, but never ask for it!

I am not a muslim. I am a western man raised Christian who lost his faith many years ago, but the recent push to embrace LGBT, so antithetical to human nature itself, by even the Vatican, has truly made me question whether humanity can be saved. I think Islam is the only answer in the modern world that is still in line with our humanity.

I agree. They naively don’t stand side by side with a mere sexual orientation, they stand side by side with a sinister movement with an agenda intent on their eventual destruction. In the UK they started pushing the agenda in a predominantly Muslim school in Birmingham UK a couple of years ago. They were ‘testing’ the water and if it had worked without backlash they’d start doing it in all predominantly Muslim schools as Islam is the only resistance left to the secular & hedonistic ploys and plots of the Devil. If it isn’t obvious that this is precisely what has happened to Christianity and it’s churches and schools then some Muslims need to shake out of their naïveté as the infiltration happened slowly, subtly and by the back door!

You just gained a million points in my world. No caving under pressure.

As Muslims we should always remember how this Deen has come to us in its most preserved and original form, the result of massive struggles and work put in by the ones before us. We remain indebted for the sacrifices that have been made to keep this Deen alive, preserved and brought to us and we thank Allah Almighty. It should be a duty upon every Muslim to protect this faith in whatever capacity allows. Side note: The original teachings of Jesus were forgotten and changed because of people (reformers) that brought bidah-changes to his preachings but most importantly because the masses remained silent and played a role. Our Prophets life was filled with hardships during his preaching, for example the situation after Taif. Nevertheless even after our beloved prophet, the Sahabah, the Tabi'un, the Tabi al Tabi' in and all the scholars from there on until now have put in great efforts and countless sacrifices for preserving this Deen for the generations to come. Like I said we remain indebted to those sacrifices. Hence we have to carry on this purpose. The Christians became too tolerant of everything and that's why Christianity as a faith stands for nothing.

Lol it’s not that Jesus’ teachings were corrupted, it’s that not many follow Jesus’ teachings. For example, Luke 17= 26 “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27 People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 “It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29 But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. 30 “It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. 31 On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. 32 Remember Lot’s wife! 33 Whoever tries to keep their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life will preserve it. ^Jesus obviously puts a big focus on Sodom and Gomorrah here. He was well versed in the Torah/Old Testament as well, explaining how evil Sodom and Gomorrah was. Also what are you talking about, Jesus arguably faced the most hardship out of everybody. From everybody attempting to stone him to literally give him the worst criminal punishment there is, you name it.

It's not even doubtful that Bible is corrupted and was rewritten by people many many times (which is not the Book which was revealed to Jesus btw, it was Gospel but even Gospels were translated to Greek from absolute anonymous persons who could easily change the text and they did since you have 4 Gospels and none of them is the same to another). You have so many versions of Bible all around the world and none of them is similar to another. May Allah guide you. If you believe in God, ask Him for guidance and He surely will guide you

bro this is really confusing to me why people are hating on this, ive not watched other clips and i dont know anything other then what was presented in this clip... but how is this different from say, a muslim living in Amsterdam saying "i dont smoke weed, if someone who was high on weed came in to my mosque and asked to pray, i would let him, i personally think smoking weed is Haraam, but because the law says that people can smoke weed, i will let them live there own lives, but if a pot head came to me for advise i would steer him against it, and tell him its haraam" - unless im missing something, i dont see why this issue is being blown out of proportion??? like i said if im missing something please enlighten me, my understanding is as a muslim we have to accept the laws of the land in which we live if the muslims are a minority? which in America and the UK (where I live) we are...

This is bad because it's basically making it easier for people to sin. So, show your clear stance that you do not support such forbidden acts, and refer to the people of knowledge (especially people who are upon the way of the Salaf) on how to deal with such people. Islam has solutions to all sorts of problems, so seek Allah for guidance. Just our thinking alone isn't going to solve the problem. We NEED Islam, if Allah says this, we OBEY! Allah will not be questioned, but you WILL be questioned. We do NOT allow sugercoat to our religion. Seek knowledge, my brothers and sisters. Or you will be part of the problem. Yes, I am saying this, because as time goes by, knowledge becomes very little, and ignorance becomes very widespread. So, go and seek knowledge, ask Allah to guide you for knowledge. If you feel scared reading this, this is a sign that you have concerns for Islam. That is a good sign. And remember, take it step by step. Life isn't built overnight, it takes years. You were once a toddler, to then a child, to then... an adult. And you will die. That is a process. Same thing with knowledge, take it step by step, do not overburden yourself. A phone does not become a phone, it has to go through all the stages for it to become a phone. And it will continue to get better, because there is more knowledge on how to make it better. They should realise that we as Muslims can’t have different views on LGBTQ personally and politically. That’s like saying “ I am not Muslim politically” Those who look upto them will start becoming apologetic about Islamic beliefs. For instance, Daniel portrayed Omar Suleiman was nothing but pure arrogance and his blind followers badmouthing and disregarding the work of whole life of Omar for a single article or appearance on a pegan ritual. Allah knows the heart of a person and intention, he could forgive shortcomings of anyone, Daniel doesn't even know basic wisdom of Islam. He has made himself to be the JUDGE of Muslim, May Allah cure his sickness of heart. Verily's It's infected and the way he digs and throws flaws of Muslim, He is creating nothing but division and giving excuse to non Muslims to mock at us Muslims . If an act of a Muslim brother is not right in Islam or seem questionable , you can refute it polite just that thing, you don't make that person a villain and ruin the reputation and honour. wallahi, I am at loss of words for his action.

Very true, I’m from Saudi, and I knew from the first time I saw some of their videos that those speakers are far off from what a real Muslim scholars is.. and then I saw Daniel exposing them and how he was attacked that time… but thankfully everything is clear now for everyone to see their true nature and ideologies they coming up with. I hope the Muslims in the west are protected from such individuals because they are more dangerous to Muslims than the obvious Islamaphobics and Liberals.

Daniel has been doing this for years and Hijab disparaged him but then turned to do exactly what Daniel has been doing. Hijab honestly seems conflicted here but no doubt a man with a wealth of knowledge.

now this is an interesting point, ego and pride aside. IF the goal is to get AS MANY PEOPLE ON EARTH on our side (we cannot stay idle as muslims, this word must be spread and kafirun must be involved), wouldn't it be the move to sweeten the deen (to a certain extent, separating personal opinion from clear Quranic fact) so that more people start following it? Dawaa is mandatory! I love dawaa, but the Islamic stance on LGBT is a difficult pill to swallow, so in my point I always clear up that the deen forces me to adhere to the rules, and that if the choice were up to me (which it isn't because of the literal meaning of islam) I would have had it a different way. Acting less harsh like this and less like a porcupine helps with people to grab a hold of it more. It's a bit of a dilemma of does the result justify the means, or not.

I believe in that Allah سبحانه وتعالى very much has given us the perfect way to live, but my heart cannot bear to live that way (yet) to the full extent. Each day we grow in what we learn and understand, especially me as I am new in islam. Luckily, there is one clause that rules that I am grateful for. We will be judged for our ACTIONS, not our thoughts and beliefs. My beliefs and my heart may say one thing, but Allah سبحانه وتعالى knows that with my actions, I try to stay as close to His way as much as possible. God bless

One thing I like that you've done here is you've spoken about the good that these scholars have done, and then spoke about what issues there are. You get the other youtubers relentlessly pointing out only the faults, will never give recognition to the good they bring to the ummah and some their followers are not afraid to call them all sorts of names. Oh and not to mention the thumbnails they put of these scholars looking 'evil' and 'dark' pushing the narrative that they 'want' to mislead the ummah... You br hijab have found the right balance, they could learn from you inshAllah.

I hope you mean shuyookh as a term of endearment and not actual islamic scholars, as they are not what a shaikh is. They aren't qualified to make ijtihad, they aren't mujtahid, they haven't studied nearly as long enough to be shuyookh, they are simply daaiys, with a celebrity status. They can only relay what actual shuyookh have ruled, based on the Quran and Sunnah.

I for one appreciate the way DH is criticising these 3 Shuyookh, without praising them at all, because for far too long they have created for themselves affable personas which they use to (un)intentionally misguide gullible Muslims on issue that are as clear cut as night and day. but make then out them to be nuanced. DH cannot work in an united environment. He can't and does not handle disagreements too well. Two friends of mine were blocked by him, even though they agree with many things he said. Why did they get blocked? For highlighting something they disagreed with him. If I am wrong, then I want you brothers to try disagreeing. DH's behavior is hypocritical: he puts other people in check, but he doesn't like when others try to put him in check.

I can agree with firm and direct, but not the saltiness DH has for all things Yaqeen. There is clearly a personal grudge he holds and that’s why his rhetoric is so hostile. Me personally, I don’t find that kind of “dawah” to be helpful towards bringing people to Islam or providing logical religiously coherent answers to nonMuslims. Like Hijab said, when he’s talked to LGBT people, theyve agreed to disagree. But when DH talks to them, guarantee you that if he talks the way he does about OS/YQ to them, they’d walk away hating Islam. May Allah guide him

Believe me if it wasn't for the work he has been doing this would've probably been normalised already. The thing is it's difficult to covertly do things when people are constantly shinning light on you. The lightly you tackle this the easier it is for those pushing these agendas to find ways around you. I think both brothers are doing a great job. Their temperaments may differ but they are basically heading to the same direction.
