Recipe:
Mushroom Sauce (Sos Gryzybowy)
3 cups of fresh/reconstituted wild mushrooms
1/2 of an onion, chopped
2 tbs of butter
1/4 tsp of salt
3 bay leaves
5 each, peppercorns and allspice (whole)
1 Bouquet of thyme, lemon thyme, rosemary
Tsp minced garlic
2 cups / 500 ml of Mushroom or chicken or vegetable stock
1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream
3 tbs of flour
1/2 cup of cold water
1/2 tsp of butter
