MURITALA MUHAMMED INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 2. ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW + BREATH-TAKING UPGRADES

AIRPORT REVEALED 1..
Join me as we explore this beautiful, all new terminal 2 of the Muritala Muhammed international airport lagos. master the use of its modern facilities, and all its new features.
From The new check-in hall that is nothing short of beautiful, to the newly installed e-gates, streamline immigration processes, censored longer security scanning machines, the newly constructed walkways that link the old and new terminals.
If you're flying out of here, make sure to double-check if your airline operates from the new Terminal 2 or the old one ... See airlines that have recently relocated here.
We also have a tantalizing glimpse of the new terminal hotel. It's yet to be unveiled, but it's a beacon of comfort that you'll soon be able to experience.
Now, let's talk security. These extended security scanning machines in the departure terminal are a testament to the airport's unwavering commitment to both safety and efficiency.
And here's something unique - the newly constructed walkways that link the old and new terminals. They make your transit smoother and offer fantastic views as you move between the two spaces.
So far, passengers are loving the changes, but there's still a bit of confusion. With this sudden move, it's natural. But, that's why we're here to guide you through it all."
In summary, Terminal 2 is a night-and-day improvement over the old one, significantly enhancing MMIA's reputation among travelers. I had a fantastic time exploring.
Thank you very much for your time! I hope you enjoy this video!

It's not about building a new structure but maintenance. Would the workers do proper cleaning instead begging for money. The leaders choose new structure to steal enough money. Nigeria will never get better because 99% lack conscience.

Lets not compare and develop our own, we still need an airport that can rival the one they have in Nairobi or Johannesburg let alone Heathrow. We need multiple terminals with restaurants and duty free shops like in London. Lagos is too busy for one terminal or two terminals.

It's because their salaries are not paid on time and working for customs means extorting money and many people see it as a hot job with the opportunity to extort bribe and get rich. Nigerians are usually veery friendly but in a situation where you are underpaid or haven't received your salary in 3 months, you're not exactly going to be smiling at customers.

Thank you for this integral update on the new terminal 2 at MMIA. My concern is that your report focused solely on the departure from the Airport, if you don't find any inconvenience, could you please allow us to have a Part ll where the attention could be focused on the Arrival at the Airport, because the problem with the old terminal is not just at the departure alone but with the ugliest experience at the entrance to the country with a long queue at the immigration especially for Nigerian Passport holders while other Nationals or people with visa at entry spent lesser time on the immigration desk in an environment without adequate illumination nor refreshing air to breath because none of the AC ever worked, after scaling through the immigration then you bumped into the conveyer belt with another ancestral experience in which there's only one serving the airport and one observing how your luggages are being maltreated, thrown like trash without minding if they get damaged. Once again our Airport staff should please apply a bit of professionalism at this new terminal to keep the environment safe and clean because most of them represent the image of this country. Thank you so much for sharing! 😍❤️

About time😢, after ripping off Nigerians and many of us flying into the country. Why can we take foods we love from around the world. I flew to Orlando for my old friend’s wedding, I left the hotel the morning after the wedding, but was just too tired. As I live in England, so I bought foods to eat at the Airport, but I was running out of time. I felt the food was going to be thrown away at the gate, only to be told there’s no reasons why I couldn’t take it through security if I wish to. Wow!!! This is an international airport, it was my experience with Nigerian airport that prevented me from taking my food from my hotel anytime I am travelling. So Nigeria is always going OVERBOARD WITH RULES TO STIFLE PASSENGERS. ITS GOT TO STOP, ITS JUST A WAY TO EXTRACT MONEYS OFF TRAVELLERS.

What quarantine or immigration checks luggage outside. It is all extortion. The real check is inside the airport. Dont be fool. There were still multiple check point inside with each office wanting money. The poor is design. Departure hall was upstair, i was unable to quickly locate the signs. nobody checks your luggage outside, it's all done once you are inside the terminal before you enter the departure hall.As for the location of the departure hall... I wonder what the Chinese were thinking. they should station enough to guide passengers . am sorry you had to Carry your bag on the escalator, but they have a lift there as well.
