Honestly, Lagos needs decongestion right now. It's the smallest and most congested city in Nigeria. If this isn't done, it will be difficult.

They really tried sticking to the rules. I have seen a video like this before im pretty sure it isnt in this estate. The open building concept is really cool and makes the whole estate really nice Aesthetically. 👌🏽

I am watching from Dallas Texas. KZread recommend your video to me. The neighborhood looks like it could be located in Florida. I think the overall planning of the community may have been inspired by communities in the US. That may be the reason there aren’t any front gates. I loved your video. Thanks for your hard work.

The area where this is built is on an island, one of the most secured place in Africa, you actually need go through a toll gate and the longest bridge in Africa to get there.

Im love Nigéria from Sénégal

This is how most part of Lagos should look like.There is no eletric pole and wire covering the beauty of this place.This place is very clean,there is no waste tire on the road side as can be found in many part of Lagos and Abuja.

Nicon estate in my opinion is nicer than Banana, no pylons with wires across the sky, no fences beautiful gardens.

This is one of the best estate in Lagos, serene, greenish and magnificent, I will rather have me here instead of that ovehyped banana island.
