👍🏾or trees and real grass that release oxygen. They all have no lawns or trees but concrete pavement…. No curb appeal

The biggest problem regarding development in Nigeria is planning….good environment with zero planning, no health center on sight, no park for exercise, no pedestrian walkway and the list goes on, like you rightly said they built on all the spaces and i think it’s because of greed!

You gave it more glamour than it deserves. In the raining season you could never drive there. It’s all flooded and a nightmare. I would not invest a kobo there. Come back in ten years and everyone would have moved out

And funnily , it wasn’t your sweet fair beautiful face that did it… It was what you said regarding the leftover building materials outside peoples houses! That has been the bane of Nigerian residential areas! Someone needs to pass a law to make builders and house owners clear up the debris of construction when it’s all over! You dropped pearls of wisdom on this video! I loved that you noted the choking atmosphere of houses being built too close to each other! You also noted that there is no one looking after the common areas and the lands where construction has not commenced! You reckoned that there needs to be a central management to oversee such concerns! You also noted the open sewers and how unappealing they make the neighbourhood! Thank you Ms Naz!!! You are a gem!

Nigeria as usual. Build nice houses but the neighborhood look horrible. Rubbles everywhere and no sidewalks for me to take a walk with my dog or jog without having to drag the dilapidated road with a crazy driver. Expensive neighborhood my foot!

Hi nice one. Really enjoyed the Clip.Please can u do a Clip on Okun Ajah? I Mean in the nieghbourhood of Atikan beach, White Deck beach and Baracuda beach resorts. Of interest is the Real estate markets on properties (private and estate)bordering on the Atlantic Ocean , the Rios on the properties and if possible safety and security in the adugbo. Thanx in anticipation.

This is a very nice estate 👌 with beautiful houses 🏘 👌 I saw a church and restaurant Very good, but some important things are missing. Where is hospital or health center? Health center should never be far from people. Where is playground or reception park ? 🤔 This are important aspect of life left out by our government and local authorities.

Hi tolu, nice video, although when you say "this is the immediate environment outside the estate" that is the real OSAPA LONDON (Osapa London starts from bamidele eletu) that estate is called Osapa west. I have lived in Osapa since 1994. In your next videos try to blur out the individuals and vehicle numbers in your video. thumps up

I don't know much about lagos, But What is so special about this area of lagos?

This place is super deluxe wack with extra cheese and mayonnaise. 😩 I thought Osapa London was a very polished area but it is overhyped . I'm glad I watched this video.

I don't want to be a dead beat downer While the houses look nice. I noticed the streets in Africa sometimes need a lot of work. To truly make the neighbor look alive , You have to make the neighbor look esthetically pleasing. This is not a good look, it's either greed That's Causing the neighbors to look like this. Or. The people that designed neighborhoods Are not well versed When it comes down to designing. We are now 2024 Even Developing countries like Thailand Which has a large poor population. Have better looking cities than many African countries. So far, the countries with the best cities must have been Kenya and South Africa Ghana An Equatorial Guinea. And I can't forget about Sierra Leone. Which also has a great looking city. But that's like only 5 cities in Africa & that's shameful. I'm not. Sure, if it is the corruption, but people in this country have to get it together Especially when it comes down to the infrastructure.

Not sure but a viewer said it mimics the London style narrow roads.

Good neighborhood that can become 'great' If they can get the residents welfare association to start doing it's job properly. Probably called Osapa London because of its narrow streets. Every street has Eletu in it, 'what's with that?'

Listening to your comments and agree the neighborhood is congested. The did not make any projection for number of residents vehicles. Roads are just too narrow. With the proliferation of 2 bedroom apartment in the neighborhood at night the area feels like a commercial motor park. With vehicles fighting for parking space. I did not like the neighbors it's over priced, congested no open spaces and not conducive to peaceful family living. The lifestyle offer is poor.

They should remove the suffix London & put osapa mushin, because London environment is never like this. The estate is not well kept, dirts were packed outside, an area of roads are bad.
