Send it to Turkey and you will get back it with new engine, with new chassis on the bill almost same with Lory price ( in reality some of studds stolen and badly repaired)

Pretty impressive what can be done when you have all the right toys. Unfortunately they skipped a part I would like to have seen.

I would have liked to seen a reinforcement plate bolted inside the frame extending to the fore and aft cross members. Needs something to make up for this weakened, bent and straightened frame section in my opinion.

Good work... The Robot Painter for the trailers sure is good.... Consistent paint application for best results. Dissembling body parts is the best way.... So many companies now days just mask off and spray leaving poor results With quality tools you get the job done right the first time... Thanks for sharing the video

This was a good work from professional people! I sometime do this too in my workshop here in Stockholm but i cut out the profile and weld a new one as it must be done! Using 400 Hardox!

High tensile steel welded and dressed. Mechanical properties considerably reduced by heat. No compensatory reinforcement. A posh botch. Check out Pakistani Truck channel for better engineered repairs with almost no workshop equipment.

Stand well back, sometimes you have to twist a long frame 1m to yield so it returns to its correct shape

Good job! Have seen this and worse repaired many times, it’s a tried and tested repair, European truck chassis are not normally very high tensile, not like US style which can’t be welded or drilled. I worked for many years in a workshop where we repaired 100’s, some needed reinforcements where the damage was caused buy operating conditions but the majority did not. This looked like accident damage where the trailers been rolled bending the frame in half, it’s difficult to show all the repair which takes time, it will have been pushed, jacked and pulled beyond yield to settle back at original position, induction heating is used to relive stress, that 40t G-clamp is a mean piece of kit and will square anything back into shape. This truck will be back on the road for many years to come, it will not bend or crack which many have commented. The equipment is Josam of Sweden who specialize in accident/straitening repair, have a look at their website

Nice jig and accompaning tooling , she went up nice and straight again , how strong is it now after it was torn and damaged on both sides and in the same position on the chassis , how did it bend in the first place what force did it take to do this just woundering , i worked alot on MAN DAF Volvo and mercs with heavy haulage but never saw a chassis go like this

What's up with the air line hanging loose, off the air tank, at 7:35?

that was just a band aid solution , the frame is no longer sound and should have been scrapped , welding it just weakened it even more , that is why after all of the cross members are welded in , the frame is re-heat treated for tensile strength .

It has to be TUV approved, they welded the cut pieces and straightened the rest, just like we do to the cars on a Car-o-liner. Straighten out the chassis thru pulling.
