I doubt many people have seen this technique used during Muay Thai tournaments across the globe. But regularly seen in Sanda tournaments.

Ever since my coach taught me that i have been afraid or more like overly cautious to do front kicks in a fight

Basic Muay Fimeur technique. No one in their right mind to teach a technique that gets you fouled.

Gonna spar in a park tomorrow with my friend all day, definetely giving this a go! Edit: The move is so much fun and definetely a unique one, i used it multiple times in succession at my gym and no one saw it coming. Instantly one of my favourites.

If you can pluck a high speed foot out of the air in real combat instead of training then you are good enough to probably do whatever you want, any way you want.

@@honestlee9921 Sure ive even had my kick caught once. But never in a full speed fight only in sparring. Way easier to grab a single leg during a kick than to pluck a foot out of the air.
