    Why would that guy on the bottom not just bridge into facing you. I've never seen this done in any comp or by any of the BB instructors I've had. Suspicious. I know I could hit this on new white belts, but other than that...smh

    It's always looking the same when a target doesn't return back a difference. Try it with a 6ft 18 stone male and see how things pan out with those unaffected kicks

    If he lands you that kick you're gone, if you are fast enough to get in close to him his arms are wide open, and there is no defense to protect his torso, or head. My Karate teacher will say, careful when executing a high kick, don't open your arms like an airplane. DON'T DO THE AIRPLANE.

    It´s pretty common in muay thai to sacrifice guard for power. Same with telegraphic moves. The idea is like yeah you see whats coming now show me how you defend it.
