Muay Thai Training - Defending Inside Low Kicks with Jordan Watson

The inside low kick is a commonly used technique in combat sports wherever attacks below the waist are allowed. It can be hard to generate power in them when compared to the outside low kick but they should not be underestimated when it comes to the damage they can cause when landed repeatedly.
Here, Muay Thai world champion and head coach of Evolution Samui Muay Thai camp in Koh Samui Jordan Watson goes over some of his favourite ways to defend and counter this often used low kick.
