Mine is stuck on red light

Mine is turning and i have data but its not showing on other devices and 3g/4g indicator on the router keeps blinking.

From experience , sometimes the data balance might be an invalid data and unusable I advise that you add additional data to be sure the problem is not an invalid data ( except you just added data recently). Please try it and let me know how it goes.

I bought data 150gb on 4th December 2023. I did a course and tomorrow I'm writing a certification exam. The worst part is that it's not even connecting any of my devices in order to check balance.

@@KabeerBasheer very unfortunate. Can you try this manual method? - Remove the SIM and insert into a phone and use USSD code *323# to check data balance.

Similar issue is happen with mine, it’s the 5g router it’s coming on but I can’t see it on any device and there’s an active plan

Do a reset by pressing the Reset button ( Do this ONLY IF you still remember your default password else use the method on this video. Watch it carefully to understand the steps

@@adekunlejeduthun1183 I do not really have the history of the router or how it has been handled but if you take it to any of the MTN Service center around you, they might be of help. Before then, you may also try doing a reset using the reset button.

@@okubamaprudence3651 if the Router is M286 model ,it has power button. Turn off the Power. But if it is M286C model, the powerbank light does not go off..
