  Reset the WiFi…there’s a small hole btw the power button find a pin and use to press it down till the WiFi comes on

  If the default password is still on the body of the mifi and you can access it, then do a reset and use the default password to login

  Please if you forget the MTN mifi password (wifi key), kindly do a reset and then login with the defaukt password (WARNING: Please make sure you still have the default password)

  To Logout someone using your MTN Mifi, simply Login to your Admin dashboard and block the device. Alternatively if yo change your wifi key password, anyone that logs in will be discounted and will be required to enter new password to continue...

  Please take it easy and try it calmly, it will connect (if the password you are keying in has no error in it) except if you have changed the password...

  Check and be sure that there is no physical damage on the Router that has affected the power supply to the MTN Router
