This video consider a Dell Latitude E6520 Laptop.
Legacy Boot uses BIOS firmware and UEFI boot uses UEFI firmware. UEFI boot is the newer standard. It is more secure.
You boot to legacy BIOS mode if you are booting from a network that only supports BIOS.
Dell Latitude E6520 is one of those Dell systems with no Secure Booting UEFI.
