@@kingsleynwauba6660 I did the comparison using wireless connection. You can try it out with LAN connection and check out result. Afterall, you can always reverse anything.

MTN Hynetflex Router MF286 broadcast 5.0ghz when it is enabled but MTN Hynetflex Router MF286C needs additional settings to work. 5.0ghz band gives better internet speed

@@preciousokere8806 Difference in speed is expected under normal circumstances . However ,there are other factors that may affect speed . I am witnessing increase in speed I. My location and smartphone.

Thanks Priscilla Baaba.. HyNetFlex is almost same as Turbonet except with slight features.. I observe That the Turbonet has detachable long Antenna unlike HyNetFlex. Model MF286c has two detachable antennas that can be connected...Model MF286 has no antenna. settings of both are almost the same.. Turbonet is most common in Ghana and other African countries..

I wish this would have worked for me, but my network is just terrible even after doing this settings. I think MTN is just getting worse everyday.

Can you connect this router to a PC?

Thanks so much Raveena Sidel for your question. Yes , you can. And if your PC does not have inbuilt wifi, you can just buy and connect wifi card to your PC. Wifi card is affordable and easy to install. Price should range from $4 and above as at today. Thanks
