    Hi um having a problem connecting to my DStv internet the on button is blue the WiFi button is blue but the 3G/4G is red the signal is off it doesn't read the usim card can u pls show me how did u connect urs pls??

    we are all thinking of cancelling, the router is perfect the issue is that multichoice have no idea how all this works and its like a third party service ,what annoy me is that the people who directly deal with internet is not multichoice and you cant even contact them you need to contact multichoice which 99%of times have no clue what is going on.

    Then I suggest going to MultiChoice walk in centre they will help you...I had same issue at first ,they couldn't fix over phone has to go to MultiChoice and it took a day or 2 to be fixed after that

    @@techtoolsandtactical532 I've asked them and they said they expire after 3 months but at the moment they've forfeited my data, last month I didn't use a lot of data but said they've finished only night shift that's left, they said they've escalated my data to be loaded .

    Because that 3G/4G button always is Green and others are blue also the bars are full, I suspect this sim card was not ricked

    Hello, to change your password you need to log in to your IP address using your pc ,IP address is on the label under your router so as the password once you are logged in you will see options I think it wifi settings..I'll double check for you though and revert

    Lol no it is a regular internet just that it is provided by DStv and it sim can only be used with DStv router otherwise it get locked 🔒

    These routers give problems and u will take a loooooong whyle and spend allot of money to get them connected to the internet plus they stop working after a whyle and then the games begin because dstv tells you that u cannot get insurance for thw routers,if the routers are faulty they dont replace them and you have to use your own money to replace the routers

    I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, I payed on the 19th of April 2023 I’ve been waiting for data to be loaded to my account , i speak to their agents everyday I’m being told the escalated the query and waiting for feedback I use it for work it’s such an inconvenience coz I had to buy data for 5 days, this is the reference number I was given 1572605 still waiting 😭😭 they render a bad service I’m disappointed
