This jump shot occurs on a straight line between the center and the lead official who both have a closed look on the play. However, the Trail (although farthest away) has an open look on the play. If you watch his movement, he takes a step back right before the shot instead of stepping down. As a result he disengages his mind from the play and doesn't come with a strike in his secondary to help the crew. In the trail, remember to stay aggressive and referee where your partners cannot.
