Motorized flush door 1
Ғылым және технология
Violet rollers bear the door weight.
Green rollers are for guiding.
The door is connected to the upper sliders via revolute joints.
The 45 deg. corners at the rail ends make the door flush with the wall.
Input: green gear receiving rotation from a motor (not shown).
Pink rack is fixed to blue flush door.
Gear-rack drive enables motion transmission to the door even in case it moves in two directions perpendicular to each other.

The best present for the Valentine's day.
I enjoy your videos. They are very inspirational. They always spur on ideas in our minds. Thanks for making them. Are you in any way an artist?

what u showed me is something I was going to need to design in my bachelor work, so now i don´t need to think about the mechanism 'cause you did it to me. thanks to you the only work i have ahead is to determine the accurate dimensions, speed, power and propulsion system as well as design a protection system against infiltration, as I am about to design a moving wall's room. Great job. I wish i could be your student at master degree. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR CREATIVITY

Sigol Goliate Thang010146 uses Adobe Inventor. If you dislike the costs of rental softwares as I do, there are free open source softwares like FreeCAD, Blender, etc. Warning: Blender has a very steep learning curve. www.freecadweb.org www.blender.org Hexagon is free and downloadable from Daz3d.com. That is a light weight like FreeCAD. Like Blender, Hexagon is for topology works. One more software worth checking out is Onshape, the best alternative to SolidWorks. Onshape comes in two versions: free and paid. Free open source version of Onshape is for hobbyists and students. www.onshape.com/open-source

What about "Design Spark Mechanical" which also is free and quite versatile...( if you dont mind no history tree in your design projects).

IAN G CURTIS thanks for mentioning DesignSpark. I have forgotten all about it until now. They also do other free softwares, those for electronics and PCB designs. www.rs-online.com/designspark/our-software
I am a huge fan of your work ! What software do you use to develop your ideas ?

Gracias maestro
I have been watching your videos so many times and have been a big fan. However for this one, I wonder if this would work if we make the mock up. Especially the shiting moment when the gear have todo sliding and flush shifting at the same moment. I think the friction between the gears would not make it so smooth
Nice
I loved!
Seems like the door of express trains, i assume you are an engineer, surely you work for industry
very good
Thanks sir. genious
On which software you have made these videos?

Hi dear I'm having problem with the graduation project I am looking for a mechanism to separate the bread to pass a loaf of loaf from a loaf of bread so that I can count the loaves(the bread is on conveyor) (when a loaf is on some ,the counting process fails)

I'd love to see an option where you combine the Industrial Sliding Door 1a with this, so that the TV comes out flush with the front, as the door retracts!

It's possible. In the mechanism of video " Industrial Sliding Door 1a" kzread.info/dash/bejne/h52nysWbmJeTh5c.html Prolong the yellow frame on the right and add second blue door panel with four violet bars (second parallelogram mechanism).

@@thang010146 Thanks. On this one above, how far apart should the tracks be? Is it as simple as the width of the moving material?

Thanks@@thang010146 Any idea where I can buy the rollers, I'm struggling to find something similar online?
This is a great concept for clean room doors (think pharmaceutical manufacturing). Would it be possible for me to get in contact with you? I would like some help making some automated door concept animations.

Hi thang010146. i wanna ask you about sketchup . why not make some videos like those and drew using "msphysics for sketchup" . i think it will be a nice idea to help us learning from you.
