Hbo wanted to concentrate on game of thrones which honestly bores me i can't get into it.. So instead we get some albino woman riding a dragon.. Yawn..

​@@jae5103- Same, I will never forgive them for canceling Raised by Wolves! 😒🤬 They screwed over WestWorld too. Wouldn't let them have a proper ending, so the 4th season ended up hardly making any sense halfway through, cuz the production team had to scrap what plans they had, and basically re-write things, in case they didn't get renewed. That's why so many important moments earlier in the season (ie: Maeve being called a "weapon", or Charlores' Android Host Army, or Bernard scanning Frankie's mind, and saying that she was "the key to everything") all got dropped, ignored & never mentioned again. It SUCKED. The Discovery/Warner Bros merger was the worst thing to EVER happen to HBO. It's now a shell of what it once was.

Whoever writes this show clearly has same kind of weird ass dreams I have.

Campion's brief conversion to Sol-fanaticism was terrifying. I thought he was gonna go off the rails as badly as Marcus did. But thank Sol he made the connection correctly here!

It’s going to be put on tubi. If they’re smart, they would let tubi make it an original series and let continue, because in all honesty, how much money did HBO give them for the first 2 seasons vs how much of that money came from Scottfree productions. But it hasn’t even been canceled for a year so there’s still a chance. Hell if family guy came back from cancellation 3 times and is still going. So fingers crossed

It makes me so mad we'll never know who is the entity at the center of the planet. This entity tries to make humans become more intelligent - it's endgame is perhaps to escape some prison. The Grandmother android believes that is not good - hence her solution is turn subtly make all humans regress into primitive beings - like the Desert Borrowers and the Acid-Dwellers.

My theories is : on the planet , they are time travel effect . Like north , the future , south the past. Season one , Cold , no life , Skelton snake . South , hot sun trees snake alive . And human becomes animals to survive in water . The creature who take the human baby on his arms, I am sure this is the same person , but in the future . God I love this show.

They STAY cancelling the best Sci-Fi shows

New theory: David Zaslav (guy who is new Warner/Discovery CEO) is actually Grandmother - that’s why his new “cost cutting” initiatives are responsible for all of the HBO cancellations and massive layoffs in favor of more Discovery reality shows. He’s trying to devolve us!!

Such a shame this great show was cancelled….😢

Man this show really is giving us the true power of the t post.

Netflix is our only chance to salvage this series. The problem is I think this series only had one season left. It might not be enticing enough to spend a gang of money on 8 to 10 episodes. HBO has to do it. I think this series pissed off the evangelicals. It was too controversial in their eyes and made them uncomfortable. HBO should say "f×ck it " and complete the series with one more season. If they need more than 10 episodes, so be it. At least they would ghave a finished product and we all could have some closure and explanations.

It was extremely captivating. Great storyline and unique and unpredictable. It was a financial issue. That and the fact there are terrible shows out there that are being financed because they're really politically correct.

Yeah, good luck convincing a public company board of shareholders that "well, so be it, we have to finish the series, and we need 10 episodes" haha. They wouldn't even do that with Game of Thrones. Biggest hit in a decade. They rebooted it instead in a prequel.

I hope they change their mind and produce Season number 3. They cancel everything good for reasons unbeknownst to everyone!

Notice it was the child who called her grandmother, but mother and grandmother are fighting. like the wife of the man, fights his mother over the love of the husband. This event will lead to the ruination of the storyline wherein the mother will be ''dishonored''; eye for an eye, (as she takes her eyes out) in teh process, in order to do what is iincorrect.

@@bernhardtsen74 first season was interesting enough to keep me intrigued But that second season I was like "wtf is this shit I'm watching" 😄. Oh well. There are only a few good shows on hbo max. Room 104 is really interesting. It's the same motel room each episode, but different stories. The one with James Vanderbeak is his best character I've ever seen him play. I think it's episode 2 from S1. They are only like 20 minute stories, I forget. But interesting none the less. Same thing with primal. First season rocked, this second season is focusing way too much on " girl power" than the main characters, so I stopped watching.

​@@theyshouldhavenevergivenme5439 I didn't find anything pretentious about it. To me it often understates its themes. It's visually unsubtle but also very subtle at times. It's cosmic horror done very well. I think you might be conflating weirdness with pretentiousness.

They really fucked this show, first 2 eppies were incredible but then they just made it so weird. I wish they just delved way more into the necromancers and the war on Earth.
