the uncanny and unatural feeling yet hints of human emotion and extreme inner turmoil. also that fake smile that always contorts as she feel uncomfortable yet still want to keep up a façade. perfect!
Who knew Ragnar could time travel?
This really merited another season, at least it demanded some intelligence from the viewer and put some faith in the audience the plot twists and future realisation is just beautifully done, then you get things like "The Last of Us" roll eyes...

this show's cancellation just crushed me. I felt terrible when Space: Above and Beyond was cancelled but not like this. This was the smartest, coolest, weirdest show on TV in ages.

well I like both series. I was deeply upset when they cancelled this though, although towards the end of season 2 I started to get the feeling some things were just happening for the sole purpose of 'subverting expectations'.
Campion is a beast with that sling. He helps save Tempest with it from the Big spike helmet guy too.
Let's go season 3! We're all waiting :))

Technically he can't use them, the necromancers' eyes emit a type of energy or radiation so I think that this energy was affecting Marcus's body making him stronger/resistant, plus it were practically driving him crazy and susceptible to the voices he heard in his head
