MOTHER & DAUGHTER REACT TO JOHN FARNHAM | PLAYING TO WIN LIVE AT EXPO 1988

#johnfarnham #reaction #americanreacts #toniaelkins #musicreactions #reactionvideo #liveperformance
Welcome back! We’re excited to react to John Farnham again! It’s been too long. Thank you for your patience. Also, I chose this video in particular because I like to change it up a bit and not use the same concert each time. Don’t worry, I’ll react to more of him with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. 🥰

Playing To Win is John’s signature Little River Band song it’s about his frustration being in the band . Playing To Win is only song from his Little River Band days that John continued to sing every concert since he left LRB in 1986 . Sadly at the time of release in 1984 Playing To Win didn’t chart well it was considered a flop , but sports programs and events in Australia made Playing To Win a sporting anthem . It’s kind good that Playing To Win wasn’t a chart hit , if it was successful John solo career my have never happened the way it did the massive hit You’re The Voice in 1986 . There’s another song from John’s LRB days that John occasionally sings is When The War Is Over originally a Cold Chisel song . John even recorded to song again as solo artist .
