I have been watching a bunch of videos on this channel and I haven't even really figured out whether he even is a realtor, or if he is just one of those real estate enthusiast guys who go to open houses and LARP as a realtor. I never saw him actually market any of the houses, or give contact information for making a offer, or arrange a private showing of a house, or give any other concrete evidence that he is actually a realtor. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I can tell, just from watching the videos, he really is just a dude who walks into open houses and makes videos for his channel, but has nothing to do with the buying or selling of the houses.

This is a nice home i need to start playing the Lottery and maybe i could buy this house lol 😁😊

I know the gentleman who owns the house. Like a wow place. He is a former nuclear engineer and physicist who had and has this interest in music while in the Bay Area, so much so that it was his side gig, monster cable, that made him.

I saw a property listed... 750 Dragon Court if I'm not mistaken and 2738 Carina Way, Henderson listed for $32,5 million. You should should see how they light up at night! A thing of beauty!

Last time I checked one of the Waltons lives in this area as does the guy who started eBay.

I definitely want to see more of these high end homes but I want you to do the tour. You are better at showing every detail. It feels like that dude had you running from room to room.

It's a very nice mansion ....I love how secluded and the privacy of this location...but $8 million seems high I would offer $5.5 to $6 million tops

You can tell the real state agent for the home is somewhat new to it, since he was not totally informed in that property, which is key to being a successful agent, specially in this kind of properties you have to know every single detail possible about the home and the surroundings. You didn't show a night shot but moved to the often repeated 6.3 mil lot. So does that hill right in front of the house block the view of at least part of LV?
