"Sarma" is another Turkish dish. The most common variety is "vine leaf sarma" (yaprak sarma), made of grape leaves. "Dolma" gets it name from the verb "doldurmak/to fill", it is made by filling bell peppers, aubergines and zucchinis. So, dolma and sarma are different things, when making "sarma", you wrap the suffing with vine leaves or cabbage leaves.

EDIT: I noticed I asked about this two months earlier, and just received a reply to it. There is, thus, no need to reply the following: Hello. I noticed something strange with one of the first verbs: bilmek. The simple past tense for the first person singular appears as "biliyordum" and the tense is marked as "geçmiş zaman" like the other verbs, but its structure does not match the simple past verbal form. It looks like a continuous past tense form, which I haven't yet studied in Turkish. Is this a mistake? You said somewhere there are no irregular verbs in Turkish.
