In Turkic languages, "Karayanız / karayağız" (just like "karabeniz") means "brunette / swarthy" (not "black Yannis"), and "Sarıyanız / sarıyağız" (just like "sarıbeniz") means " yellow / fair-skinned / blond" (not "blond Yannis"). These words are used to describe people or animals. "Μπογιά" is also "boya" (paint, colour) in Turkic languages.

Please allow me to comment on an English phrase in the video. In English we say “hair color” and “eye color” and do not use “ ‘s” with such words. The reason is that these words are inanimate. @@elifkim564 resmî dilde, bilimsel yada coğrafik terimlerde kara, al, ak, kızıl kullanılır her zaman. Alyuvarlar, al bayrak, akdeniz, karadeniz, kızıl deniz vb... ayrıca kızarıp bozarmak, yanakları al al olmak, karalara bürünmek, ananın ak sütü, kara kaşlı kara gözlü, kızıl saçlı gibi gündelik hayatta karşılarına sık sık çıkacak bu renkler. Bu yüzden başlarken hepsini öğrenmeleri uygun olur bence.

What's the difference between siyah and kara to say the color black? I heard "kara mamba" for the black shake called mamba or Kara Deniz for the Blak Sea.

Kara also means black/dark. There are some synonyms we use Can forgot to say like ‘kızıl / al = red and ak=white’
