I found you because of my IT band problem, which is already hugely improved! Gradually going through your videos and also reading your book! I love this for the morning! Could you make us a longer session with all the same posses. I need a 30-60min AM session for the weekends!

Hello! Joelle, I discovered your channel when my yoga teacher was out for surgery. I really enjoy them, and I pick one every day to do now. My teacher has just returned, but I will continue to visit with you! You give very good narration and I only rarely have to rewind when I miss something. Hi Joelle, I've been watching your channel for a month or so now, and really enjoy your videos. I am a senior and have knee pain and sciatica, as well as leg& ankle swelling. Yoga is supposed to be helpful for the swelling. I would love it if you could make a video on yoga for lymphedema. Thank you so much!

When I wake up, my joints normally feel crunchy and upset. Now that I do yoga as I fall asleep and when I wake up, I've noticed a huge difference. I do yoga 3 times a day instead of once now, and that may seem excessive, but not when it's given me my body back. I can't thank you enough!

@Joëlle that last movement, the twist whole kneeling. I think I have a long torso because my hands won't reach the floor unless I bend while I twist. Is there an alternate? Use blocks? Thanks

Can I ask you a personal question? You said your fibromyalgia is gone, or you were not as bothered as you once were. Can I ask what helped you? I have been in constant pain for the last 11 years. It hard keeping up with every day task like cleaning, shopping..it is diffult even showering because it makes my body hurt more. I don't know what to do anymore. I only have my dog in my daily life, who means everything, to me, but I feel like I am also hurting her because of me being in bad mood and sad a lot of the time because I am in pain. It is more than enough that I am hurting. I don't want to also hurt those being around me. Did the yoga help you a lot? I don't know what to focus on..what can help me the most.
