your voice has changed a lot Ruby, it's gettin more and more mature now, compared to before you have this higher note, now it's deeper and has this relatively constant frequency. i hope the change is because you are used to the speaking habit in Oxford, not because of you know, something bad happened or you're feeling stressed or being unhappy or whatever. On my last year as a master's student and just mainly working on my thesis with no class. Sometimes its tough to go out and just do the work when you're faced with a wall on the subject. These videos helps with the initial motivation for doing it. Hope your master's study go well.

Yes! We’ve actually changed the binding this year to avoid this!

Do you receive grades and feedback during your Masters or is this something you don't want to share for this course? Always loved you opening your grades and talking about your feedback. Totally understand if it is not what you want to do now. Just hoping you are happy with how you are progressing through the course.

I really enjoy seeing Oxford through other peoples lenses. Being an Oxfordian and having lived here all my life I’m inclined to forget that really beautiful parts and concentrate on the parts that drive me mad 😂 but I think that’s the same for everyone in their hometown!

you really are just living my dream life ruby!! i’m a medical student nearly in my second year. I remember watching you way back in 2017, and needless to say a lotta stuff’s happened since then and we’ve all come so so far. Yet sometimes I wonder how it’d be to pursue English lit or smth like that in a uni like oxford (I’d be an international student). I wonder if it still is possible for me. Would be wonderful if you could share a few words of what you think, although I understand if you couldn’t owing to the busy schedule you have.
