I'd say that you should create a nice environment first, like fixing the lighting or wearing cute clothing if it makes you feel like Rory Gilmore, which will make you want to STUDY like her. Small things like this can motivate you.

Girl, I started to watch more channels where the KZreadrs speak English for training the language and OMG, I feel so luck that I fiend you. When my teacher said that I needed to see more English content, I was afraid of not understanding everything, but this anxiety despair when I find your channel.
