In Massachusetts if you caught with guns and drugs you don't go to regular Court you go to drug court. Because you are an addict you get right out. I watch people bond out for $500 out after having $50,000 in heroin/fentanyl and a gun Soooo many repeat offenders get out on bond then commit worse crimes and everyone is just so surprised.
