Travis County is experiencing a net population decline for the first time in two decades, as rising housing costs drive residents to surrounding areas, prompting shifts in Austin's demographic landscape and a need for redevelopment to accommodate housing demand.

Taxes will just have to go up to cover the cost of the obtrusive bus & bike lanes.

If everyone biked or took the bus, taxes would go down due to less road maintenance needed

@@Powerofthepickle Jon Stewart guilty of misrepresenting the value of his NY property wasn't even close to being as funny as your comment about taxes going down in a blue/sanctuary city. Thanks for that! 🤣

Thanks for reminding me to take that 11th screet exit when passing through tomorrow. I always throw out a special package of trash.

It's a matter of time before Wilco turn like Travis if not already. Everyday I see at least 5-7 out of States license plates. The ones are moving out are probably long residents of the Austin area. The Austin area is so crappy right now. I never imagine the Cedar Park area would be looking like Round Rock because it will be like Round Rock one day. I'm Austin Texas born and I can no longer call that city my own because the only times I go near it is when driving through. Texasfonia sucks!!

@@theislanderinme5227it’s not the out of state resident that’s changing Wilco, it’s the liberal trash in Travis that has infected Williamson Co. I can’t wait to leave WilCo in 2+ years.
