It also seemed to conflict with the MCU portrayal of Vulture's story and character arc in their Spider-Man movies. @@SLIDD_DDILS He actually does a good job playing emotional and sensitive characters in particular, I agree w you, and he tends to be not *really* good with villainous or intimidating roles, that's just not his area and he can't seem to admit it, normally an actor should understand the limits of their acting abilities despite challenging themselves or taking roles out of their comfort zone, and when they fail they work on seeing the flaws and improving them, but he doesnt... I think that's what the problem is, he also competes and compares his performances w others a lot, I think the best example that would fit here would be the joker lol.

Just watched it today, and yeah. This felt rushed as hell. Villain dies, and the movie’s like, “okay, bad guy is defeated, movie’s over.”

I remember the electric energy in the theater the first time Jared Leto flew it was one of those moments you see and know will go down as one of the greatest scenes in history

Jared Leto was so committed to method acting, he prepared for this role by being a fucking weirdo for 25 years.
